Where do I begin! I honestly couldn’t have dreamed of a better wedding make up experience. Having never had my make up done professionally before and being a bit of a perfectionist, I was slightly nervous and apprehensive as to whether I’d genuinely be happy with my make up on my wedding day. However, there was absolutely no need for me to worry with Helen!! I felt so amazing on the day and it lasted absolutely perfectly the whole time. My bridesmaids loved their make up so much too, they looked so beautiful!! Helen was such a calming presence in the room and helped all of us feel so relaxed and ready for the big day ahead. I couldn’t recommend Helen enough - thank you x a million 🤩 -

Helen did my makeup along with the makeup of some of my friends and family members for my wedding in April and did a fantastic job. From her general makeup ethos around beautiful makeup that complements natural features whilst looking good both in camera and in person, to her in depth knowledge about skin care, she is a complete superstar.
From my first contact with Helen she was extremely responsive and helpful. For my trial, she went out of her way to accommodate my Mum and I as well as my hairstylist due to the short days and limited natural light in January. She conducts a really thorough consultation prior to applying any makeup to understand exactly what you are hoping for as well as analysing your skin and learning what you're comfortable with. As I had a couple of minor skin concerns, Helen also recommended a skin care routine and some specific products that I could use in the run up to the wedding which made a big difference on the day.
In the run up to the wedding, Helen was more than happy to answer any questions and provide further skin care advice which was very valuable. She worked with my hair stylist to build a timetable for the day so everybody knew when they were needed for makeup. On the day, she was the first one to arrive and start setting up in the getting ready space which was so reassuring and eased my nerves once I got there.
She took her time with everybody, making sure they were happy. A couple of my family members were less comfortable wearing makeup and Helen was so understanding and supportive, working within their limits so that they still felt like themselves.
For myself, I added on a luxury skin preparation treatment prior to my makeup application which was a lovely moment of pampering before the ceremony. The makeup itself was so beautiful and lasted - I had a couple of small feedback points following the trial which Helen was more than happy to accommodate and really made me feel like the best version of myself.
If you are looking for a talented makeup artist whose primary goal is to make you feel your most beautiful, then there is no better choice than Helen. -

Helen was wonderful! From booking to the trial to the wedding day Helen was a dream. During the trial, she listened to what I liked, took the time to explain everything and came up with a gorgeous look for the day. Helen also took the time to ask all my bridesmaids and my mum what they wanted and made them feel comfortable and beautiful. Our makeup was flawless and lasted well all day and night. I felt absolutely beautiful and received lots of compliments. I would highly recommend Helen to anyone looking for an amazing MUA. -

I was absolutely THRILLED to have Helen as my bridal MUA after following her work for years and I can not thank her enough!!
Helen is a dream, a complete ray of sunshine, she took so much time to ensure my questions were answered, and my fears and concerns listened to and settled.
My trial appointment was such a fun experience, Helen really took the time to explain everything she was doing and ensured I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way.
On my wedding day Helen made me feel like the star of the show and continued to ensure I felt comfortable and confident, making sure to check in with me throughout the day which I found so helpful and reassuring.
All four of my bridesmaids said how much they loved having Helen apply their make up and each commented on how incredible it felt that Helen took the time to ask them what they wanted and felt comfortable with, some commenting that this is not an experience they have received from other MUA's.
Our make up was flawless, stayed put into the early hours and received tons of compliments.
I highly recommend Helen and will absolutely book her again for future events! -

Helen did such an amazing job with my wedding make up!
She really takes the time at the trial to understand what you're looking for and how to make this look amazing and last for your skin type.
On the day my make up didn't shift or crease at all and I had so many compliments, I was so happy with it!
A bonus is the lashes she gave me lasted throughout my honeymoon. Can't thank her enough! -

Glamorous but natural makeup
I was quite anxious about my wedding makeup - I wanted to look amazing but be comfortable and for my makeup last all day. Helen made me look and feel gorgeous. (As well as my mum and bridesmaids) Honestly, everyone looked stunning and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would HIGHLY recommend. -
