Saskia was amazing! So friendly, very helpful. As someone who doesn’t wear makeup often and sometimes feels claustrophobic with it on, the makeup was great and didn’t feel like I had any on. My makeup and hair lasted all night long and I had so many compliments on it. The trial was great and she listened and made adjustments from the trail to the day of my wedding! Always responded to messages and was so helpful! I highly recommend Saskia! -

I found Saskia through a social media post. Looking for someone London based. I had a general idea of how I wanted to look but as I dont wear a lot make up I needed a professional. Saskia fits that bill perfectly. She worked with me throughout the entire process, gave me advice on skin prep in the run up to the big day. Checked in just enough to stay in touch but not too much to be overwhelming. Made sure she knew the exact schedule so I was ready in plenty of time. I knew I wanted a soft glam as I dont wear a lot of make up and she made me feel like a princess. Like me but better and nothing felt to much or too heavy. Constantly checked how everything was feeling as I have sensitive skin. I also have very bad social anxiety which is a huge issue for me especially when I have to voice if I'm unhappy or uncomfortable but Saskia is so sweet and lovely, she really does put you at ease. Nothing is too much. I very much felt in control of my hair and make-up and was not overwhelmed at all. She has a very calming knowledgeable presence that just instantly puts you at ease. I'm so impressed with the level of expertise that I got for the money that I paid. She is very reasonably priced. Ladies if you are looking for someone who is going to be a calming presence on your big day and make you feel the most beautiful you have ever felt, then Saskia is the lady for you. I wish I could do it all over again. Thank you so much for giving me the perfect start to a perfect day ❤️ -

Saskia is amazing as a hair and makeup artist and you can tell she loves her work. I had a trial with Saskia around 7 weeks before my wedding day and had no clue how I wanted my makeup as typically I don't wear much. Saskia was able to create a look which made me feel amazing and suited the theme of our wedding.
On the day, Saskia arrived early and did hair and makeup for me and my maid of honour. Due to the weather, my MOH ran quite late, so Saskia helped me set up some of our decor beforehand - she definitely didn't have to do this, but it was so helpful of her.
My MOH looked stunning and her makeup stayed put all day, even with the horrific storm we experienced. My hair and makeup also withstood the entire day's events and I still looked gorgeous at midnight when our party ended.

Wonderful wedding hair!
Saskia was fantastic from start to finish. She was flexible around my work schedule when booking in the trial and was happy to try different styles. My hair held its curl from the trial and everyone’s hair held well despite weather and dancing the night away. She worked quickly which meant that everyone had their hair done with time to spare and she incorporated hair pins that I had bought for the girls. -

Bride makeup
Had my bride makeup done on the day of getting married, I was very nervous on the day , I was made to feel comfortable and had a great experience, my makeup looks lovely and got loads of comments on my wedding day on how lovely I look . Will be definitely going back to have my makeup done on everything special occasion . -

I had my bridal hair done by Saskia, and it was amazing! I had terrible bridal nerves and she really put me at ease. She came to us in a hotel in St Albans and was punctual, we had correspondence before she arrived and I can only say she was lovely! Couldn’t have asked for a nicer hair stylist for my wedding day! Would recommend her 100%. -

Saskia did an amazing job on my wedding day! From the moment I first reached out—even before the trial—she was incredibly kind and professional. It’s so clear that she’s truly passionate about her craft, not just in the way she talks about it, but also in how she delivers.
She’s easy to talk to, listens attentively, and even fixes small things without needing to be asked. She also did my sister’s makeup and hair, and it was obvious how beautiful and confident my sister felt that day.
My own hair stayed perfectly in place the entire wedding, even with a heavy dupatta on—and it still looked great afterwards!
I would highly, highly recommend Saskia to anyone looking for a talented, reliable, and genuinely lovely makeup artist. She’s truly one of a kind! -

Saskia is great!
Saskia did the hair for my wedding on 12th May and I couldn’t have been happier with the results. She styled hair for five adults and our 18-month-old flower girl — all with ease and professionalism.
She was calm, friendly, and made everyone feel comfortable on what could have been a hectic morning. The hair looked amazing and held up all day and well into the night, even after plenty of dancing. I really appreciated how she listened to what each person wanted and made sure everyone was happy with their look.
Highly recommend Saskia if you’re looking for someone skilled, reliable, and lovely to have around on your wedding day.
