I contacted features hair 2 weeks before the big day and got a quick response and quote didn't need a trial as I kinda new what I wanted and steph was so professional and worked with me and my bridesmaid s.
So friendly and bubbly.

Steph did the most wonderful job helping me get ready for my wedding. She was so kind, responsive and flexible in the lead-up and provided a fabulous experience on the day, coming out to our hotel and joining in the prep. As a short-haires bride I had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted, which Steph understood perfectly. I had three bridesmaids and two mothers with very different hair, and Steph took so much care in making them all look uniquely beautiful, and used my homemade hairpieces more effectively than I could have imagined. We loved having Steph with us and I cannit recommend her enough. -

Like working with a family friend!
Steph was such an angel for our wedding! As someone who doesn’t wear too much makeup, does little to nothing with her hair, and is extremely indecisive, I was a pretty nightmare customer - thankfully Steph knew exactly what to do. She was warm, positive, and so lovely to work with, putting me at ease before and during the day. My trial was brilliant, and she was able to patiently evolve the look through a number of options until we got to what was right, and she even taught me and my mum what she was doing. She was so nice, it honestly felt like we had been family friends forever. On the day itself, she recreated the look beautifully, and managed to also do hair and makeup for my bridesmaids in record time. They hadn’t had any trials but were in love with the result - Steph was a true pro at knowing exactly what would work. Thank you SO much Steph for a truly wonderful experience - I was so grateful to have you there with us :) could not recommend more! -

I recently had the absolute pleasure of having Steph do my hair and makeup for my wedding, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! From the very beginning, Steph was a joy to work with. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm personality made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.
From our first consultation, Steph listened carefully to my ideas and vision for the day. She offered valuable suggestions and was incredibly accommodating to any changes I wanted to make. Her calm demeanour and expertise immediately put me at ease.
Steph’s skills are truly exceptional. She crafted the most beautiful hairstyle that held perfectly throughout the entire day and night, despite the dancing. My makeup was flawless and looked stunning.
What stood out the most was Steph’s ability to understand and bring to life exactly what I envisioned, while also adding her artistic touch that made the final result even better than I had imagined. She also worked seamlessly with my bridal party, making sure each person looked and felt their best.

Steph was extremely knowledgeable and professional from my first enquiry until my wedding day. I loved my hair and makeup and had so many compliments and it stayed in place all day… even after all my dancing! Steph is very talented and knows her skill I was in good hands. I had a truly fantastic experience working with Steff - from the initial contact, to the trials, and the hair and make up on my wedding day itself, she was phenomenal. Throughout the entire process she communicated regularly with me and was accommodating when my family all suddenly decided they wanted hair and make up done as well. I'm quite insecure about my looks but steff made me feel comfortable and confident - she recreated my vision perfectly and I am so pleased I chose her.
