Charlotte is great, I have no clue about make up and was apprehensive about wearing a full load on the day. She listened to my concerns and explained every step of the way, did a grand job and I didn’t feel like I was wearing anything at all. I would recommend having a trial to establish your wants and then it goes like clockwork on the day. -

From the very beginning, Charlotte was incredibly responsive, she answered all my questions straight away and made me feel completely at ease during my makeup trial. She really listened to my ideas and created just the most beautiful look.
On my wedding day, I had a couple of small tweaks in mind, and she took everything on board without hesitation and perfected the final result. I absolutely adored my makeup, it gave me so much confidence on the most special day.
Thank you so much Charlotte. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and attentive makeup artist. -

Charlotte was such a joy to work with from beginning to end! I got married at The Orangery in Kent this December but not being from the area, needed to find a local MUA and didn’t really know where to start.
I found Charlotte on Hitched back in January and I loved her work from the start, knowing she’d create the perfect peachy glow that I wanted for the day.
Charlotte was communicative and so helpful, professional and clearly fantastic at her job. But when you’re looking for make-up artists (and hair stylists!), you need to find someone who brings positivity, genuine care, and utter joy to the morning of your wedding and that is exactly what Charlotte does. I felt so at ease with Charlotte and did one trial just knowing her work would be beautiful. I was so thrilled with how she exacted the look I wanted and replicated it on the day, also creating this on my Maids of Honours with more of an ‘English Rose’ feel. My mum doesn’t wear much makeup usually, and was also so beyond pleased with Charlotte’s work. All of our makeup lasted immaculately and I was so sad to be taking it off at 2am!!!
I trusted her instincts entirely, and Charlotte was amazing to have with me and my bridal party on the most chilled and perfect wedding morning 🤍 Thank you, Charlotte, I couldn’t recommend you more! -

Charlotte was absolutely lovey, she completely understood which makeup would suit everyone and was able to to spend a good amount of time on all of us. She excelled our expectations. She did myself, my wife our mothers, and our bridesmaids and everyone looked stunning. I genuinely have never felt so happy or confident with my makeup! Our makeup lasted the whole day and I am so grateful for Charlotte’s calmness, flexibility and her experience. I was worried about my makeup looking too thick or ‘full on’ but Charlotte was able to make me look natural like I had asked while making my skin look flawless. I also was so impressed with our eye lashes, Charlotte made them look so long with her individual eye lashes she placed on. Truly a pleasure to work with. -

I cannot recommend her highly enough! She worked on two brides, two mums of brides, and two maids of honour and every single one of us felt beautiful and confident. From the very first trial, she was warm, friendly, and professional, instantly putting me at ease. After the trial I knew I’d picked the right person for us!
What really stood out was how she went above and beyond: not only did she perfect our makeup, but she also helped fix my hair and even put me into my dress when no one else knew how which really did save the day! That kind of care and dedication is rare, and it made the day so much smoother.
Her talent speaks for itself, but it’s her kindness and genuine personality that make her unforgettable. She’s not just my makeup artist anymore she’s become a friend.

Charlotte was phenomenal. She really got to know us and understand us so that we felt like us but more glam on the day.
Charlotte on the day singlehandedly did 9 ladies (including me the bride) and actually finished early. We looked stunning, felt amazing and the makeup stayed strong all night. Absolute best MUA. -
