Me and my wife got married on the 25th May. We booked hair quite early on and after looking at quite a few other hairstylists and looking at socials at what style each one was I chose frankie, Frankie is a great hairstylist she was great from the start and very professional. On the trial She asked for lots of inspiration but I knew exactly what I wanted for me so we did it once and done and it lasted till late that night which was a good sign for the day. And then I sent her what I wanted the bridesmaids to have and on the day she just doubled checked with me and did it and it turned out perfect. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted and expected it to look and with my accessory which was my tiara it looked perfect. It also lasted all night which was amazing! -

Booked Frankie as my hair stylist in June 2023 and paid my deposit. My wedding is March 2025. She told me to contact her at the end of 2024 or beginning of 2025 to get my trial booked in. I contacted her on the 2nd Jan 2025 to book it in and she had booked someone else in on my date and done a trial so cancelled on me. Told her how upsetting this was and asked for my deposit back. I didn’t hear a word for 2 days so then asked her again for my deposit back. She returned the money and didn’t have the decency to let me know she had returned it. Just radio silence from her. She couldn’t even honour me being the first person to reserve that date. What does paying a deposit do for you these days? Very upsetting experience.Bridal Hair by Frankie Calder's reply:
Kimberley as discussed via email. I’m a am sincerely sorry there was a mix up on dates in my diary when they got transferred over. This was a genuine mistake and has never happened before.
I did contact multiple suppliers to fill my space and I’m so glad that all for sorted for you. It’s a shame you also feel that there was radio silence as we did have multiple email exchanges in this period, and I emailed you again soon as you sent me your bank details to inform you that the deposit was refunded asap. I would never just ignore someone in such a situation.

Fabulous hair stylist!!
Frankie was a fantastic hair stylist for my bridal party of 5 and worked super quick too. She made my bridesmaids look super glam and the hair stayed in all day. Thank you so much!!! -

Frankie did my bridal hair on Wednesday and it looked absolutely stunning, she’s really good at what she does!! I picked a different hair style to the one we trialed but she absolutely nailed it. She also has a calming aura about her & was super helpful getting me into my wedding dress! Thankyou Frankie, 100% recommend ♥️ -

Frankie was amazing at doing my bridal hair and my wedding parties hair. I had a trial however I changed my decision last minute and showed her a photo of what I liked on the day and she did better than the photo. It wasn’t a hassle for her either. Frankie was just lovely and pretty chilled which I needed as I was a bit all over the place haha! My bridal party loved all their hair too, everyone looked stunning!
Highly recommend booking her, you will not be disappointed! Thanks again for making me feel amazing xx -

Frankie was great she got the style I wanted quickly and gave suggestions whilst helping me achieve my desired look. She arrived as planned, got all my bridal party ready perfectly and kept me calm. Would definitely recommend -

Frankie was an absolutely incredibly hairdresser! We were all so pleased with how our hair turned out and it lasted all evening, despite it being a warm day and lots of dancing! One of us was wearing a wig and styled this absolutely beautifully too! Frankie was also so calm during the day which really helped for the morning to run smoothly and even helped with things like buttonholes while we were getting ready. Thanks so much Frankie! You were amazing! -
