Make up trial 23rd January 2025
Abi is so incredible in many ways, not only is she extremely talented as a make up artist, but she is constantly making you feel good and reassuring you throughout the whole process. She goes through with you skin care and what she is using that’ll benefit your skin for both your routine at home and also in preparation for your make up.
Abi did two looks for me, a natural bridal look and a glam look. She went through with me the colours she would be using that will compliment my features as well as the foundation layers that gave me a flawless look.
I felt extremely comfortable from the get go with Abi, she is a great laugh, caring and extremely attentive to what you want which automatically makes you relax during the whole session.
I highly recommend Abi, she provides such amazing skill and also someone who I will always stay in contact with. Thanks Abi x -

Abi is so good at what she does! Not only do her clients glow in a natural but glamorous way, but they are relaxed in time for their ceremony as she has put them at ease. I have had the privilege as a celebrant to work with her twice and both times, she was attentive and her client simply blossomed under her skills. Highly recommended! -

A pleasure to spend time with
Abi was wonderful when she came to do my daughter Siennas prom makeup. We had a trial session and then the actual date. Abi was on time, professional, lots of fun and spent time making sure Sienna was happy with the finished result. I feel like Abi went above and beyond and as mentioned it was a real pleasure to spend time with her. Book her, you won’t regret it! -

Oooh I’m not sure I can do this justice but I will try.
This women is magic! You need this MUA in your life!
Not only does she deliver 100% on her professional skills, Abi becomes apart of the memories and goes above and beyond to ensure her people are 110% satisfied.
So here’s the play by play, get comfy:
I was recommended this MUA right at the start but thought I’d be clever and spend the money getting my own make up and do it myself, that way it wouldn’t just last the day and be more cost effective.
7-4ish weeks before my wedding I changed my mind (sorry Abi 😬) and reached out asking if she was free.
I was lucky, Abi and I spent some time chatting on the phone, with all the when, where, who and what’s of the day. We booked the trail and talked about skin care.
Abi went on after to send me her recommendations of products from mid-high end products and how to get the promo bests.
Instantly felt I was in great hands.
Abi stayed in contact and was so responsive leading up to our appointments.
(Highly appreciate this as trying to juggle life, trails, weddings, proms, admin, and a business is insane!!! Abi deserves a medal in communication alone)
Trail: Warm, and friendly, Abi invited me into her home and it honestly felt like I was round one of the girls houses having a brew.
Abi took the time to get to know me and how to work with me (insert another medal here)
I am not an easy person to work with, I haven’t a clue about what I want with make up.
Abi’s the pro, she took her time explaining what products work well. What works best for my skin and spent time understand what I think I want.
Of course I said I want this airbrushed, filtered, wrong skin tone, influencer photo and Abi set me straight and true.
She followed my thoughts whilst suggesting her own. In the end I wasn’t happy so I let go of the control, trusted Abi and started again.
Abi did exactly what she thought in the beginning and bingo bango she was spot on!
Advice: let the MUA do what they do best! They are the pro’s!
I felt amazing, looked amazing trail tick done!
After Abi sent over a list of every product used and in what order. Have me tips for the day and set me up.
Nothing but admiration for this women! She even checked in with me a week before the day to see how I was and listened to my last minute stresses 🤣🤣
Abi also negotiated with HA to ensure timings were synchronised (massive win here)
The weeding day:
Abi dropped a messaged letting me know she had arrived.
Brought that sunshine energy into the prep room and took time to discuss set up with HA and how to work around each other.
She set up and started her magic with maid of honour, then me(bride), then bridesmaid.
Abi took her time, consulted with me ahead of time with what I wanted for my bridal party and went to work.
Abi took her time with me, made me feel amazing even though I’d over done my skin care routine.
Abi became a part of my people, flowed with everyone and brought great vibes.
MOH: looked stunning and was so happy with her look.
Me: I felt like a movie star, so happy and felt like I’d been given the focus a bride should get.
Bridesmaid: I’d briefed Abi about my wonderful stepdaughter to be and how she was inexperienced with make up and don’t go heavy with her. Abi took her time and delivered a beautiful result. I so wish we could share this image but sadly that out of my control. Imi looked amazing and Abi gets another medal here!
Show time; Abi set me up with a touch up kit (so amazing) and assured the MOH how to use.
Abi stayed with me all the way up to the ceremony and again was absolutely amazing!!!
Side note: this beautifuly talented woman ended up getting another adhoc gig on the day and had I known she was still there I would have had her join me!
This review is very long and I hope it helps the reader to have some assurance that with Abi, you get more than you pay for.
Skill: Professional, high end products, clean and artistic skill and knowledge.
Service: 100% is working for you and has your back the whole way!
Communication: Abi’s there for you, the only downfall would be (Abi if your reading) don’t let us customers take over real life girl, you don’t need to get back to me within the hour 🤣🤣 I am your customer but I can also wait 24/48hours ✌️
Team bride: as you’ve read (if you made it this far, you deserve a medal 🤣🤣) Abi knows when to sit on the sideline and go with it but also knows when she needs to give a gentle nudge.
Abi is realistic, authentic and 100% honest with her professional opinion and view. She will support you from day 1
