My soul sister... Holly
Yes, my hair was absolutely beautiful — she is incredibly talented and I felt stunning on my wedding day. But what I really want people to know is the kind of person Holly is, because that is what made her truly irreplaceable.
In the lead-up to my wedding, I was going through some difficult times that had nothing to do with her services, and without me ever asking, Holly would check in, send messages of support, and just be there. That kind of genuine human kindness is rare, and it meant more than I can put into words.
On the morning of the wedding itself, I had a flare up with my endometriosis and adenomyosis — as any endo warrior will know, the timing couldn't have felt more cruel. Without hesitation, Holly went to the shop and came back with supplies to help me through it, all while keeping me calm, comfortable, and feeling completely at ease. I never once felt like a client. I felt like I was surrounded by friends.
