Charlotte was truly amazing, and I feel so lucky to have had her as part of our wedding day. She did the hair and makeup for myself, my sister, the mother of the bride, the mother of the groom, my daughter, and my two nieces, and she made every single one of us feel so special. From the moment she arrived, she brought such a calm, kind, and reassuring presence, which made the whole morning feel relaxed and joyful.

On my wedding day, I honestly felt so beautiful — more than I ever imagined I would — and that is something I will always treasure. Charlotte created a look that felt completely like me, just enhanced, and it lasted perfectly throughout the entire day and night. Seeing everyone else feeling confident, glowing, and happy was just as lovely, especially my daughter and nieces, who felt so grown-up and excited.

Charlotte has an incredible talent, but just as importantly, she has the warmest, most caring nature. She took the time to listen to everyone, made each person feel comfortable, and treated us all with so much patience and kindness. She played such a special role in our day, and I can’t thank her enough. I would wholeheartedly recommend Charlotte to any bride — she is truly wonderful. 💕

I contacted Charlotte, along with other makeup/ hair providers through Hitch, some were unavailable for my date, granted it was short notice for my simple wedding, otherwise were very expensive, and were not willing to work with just a bride, they required full bridal party.
In comes Charlotte, she contacted me via email, answered all my questions, and her prices are EXTREMELY REASONABLE, AND SHE WAS WILLING TO WORK WITH JUST ME THE BRIDE!! CHARLOTTE'S price included my Trial, wedding day, and a little extra for travle. Even her package that included hair is beyond reasonable.
What made it even better is CHARLOTTE'S personality, very pleasant you will feel like you're chatting with a friend, and if you're like me and not big on makeup, she's able to make you look beautiful without looking MAKEUP!

Charlotte made me feel really comfortable for my first make over. She knew exactly what to do to suit my 'older' face. Very natural but really good coverage which lasted all day. Still looked as good at the end of the evening. Will engage Charlotte's services again for any special events.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Charlotte enough. From the very first trial she was absolutely fantastic. She arrived on time and did hair and makeup for myself and two bridesmaids, and immediately put us all at ease. None of us are very knowledgeable when it comes to hair and makeup, but Charlotte was incredibly patient and explained everything using clear, descriptive language rather than technical terms, which made such a difference. And she didn’t mind the crazy border collie that kept interrupting.
Using her expertise, and our very vague descriptions, she created perfect hair and makeup looks for all of us. Meeting her warm, friendly personality at the trial meant we felt completely relaxed and confident going into the wedding.
On the morning of the wedding, Charlotte was calm, professional, and so reassuring. She made us all feel amazing, the hair and makeup complemented our dresses perfectly while still making sure we looked and felt like ourselves. Thanks to her wedding experience, including previous visits to the venue, we felt looked after and never rushed, which helped keep the nerves under control.
Our hair and makeup lasted the entire day and night, surviving wind, rain, and a whole lot of dancing and still looking perfect when I finally took it off for bed. She also provided a touch-up bag for the evening, which was such a thoughtful extra.
Most of all, Charlotte genuinely looked after one very nervous bride and two nervous bridesmaids all morning. She remembered us from the trail, which made the whole experience feel so personal, even though she is such a busy artist. I truly wouldn’t have wanted to use anyone else, and any future events where I need to look pretty again, she is at the top of my list.

Charlotte was really flexible and worked hard to make sure we all got exactly the hair and makeup we wanted, even when we were indecisive or had difficult requests. The trial was really helpful to give me a chance to see how it would look and feel throughout the day. She's a fun person to have helping while you get wedding ready!

Myself, my mum and my step sister could not thank Charlotte enough, she took her time with each of us and gave us all the look we exactly wanted. You made us feel so beautiful for my mums wedding and we all couldn’t thank-you enough. I had the pleasure of booking Charlotte for my wedding on the 3rd October and I am so glad I did. Firstly, she is just a very lovely lady who is friendly and kind and doesn't make you feel stupid for not knowing very much about make up (me and my bridesmaids were a bit clueless). She saw my Pinterest board of ideas and chatted through with me how I wanted my make up to be and delivered a gorgeous look that lasted from the ceremony right through until the very hot and sweaty evening do!

Throughout the process she was responsive to emails and reassuring with any questions I had. I honestly can't thank Charlotte enough for the work she did!

Charlotte was great from start to finish. I've never had my hair done for an event or anything and she responded to all my silly questions so quickly.
On the day she was chatty and lovely, I only had a small bridal party, but it did not feel awkward at all, she joined in and it felt like she was part of the group. We were not the most organised bunch but she was relaxed which definitely helped me stay calm!
Everyone loved their hair, we all had something different and she was happy to adapt and change to suit each person's style. It was a great experience having Chatlotte do all our hair!

Charlotte was amazing. Arrived on time if not slightly early. She did amazing work in my hair and makeup along with my 2 bridesmaids hair and makeup and sister’s hair. Was finished earlier then expected but she went above expectations and even helped with the back of my dress.

She travelled to my house where I had the trial in the comfort of my own home. This was booked in to tie in with a formal event that I had already planned so my trail didn’t go to waste.

The morning of the wedding Charlotte arrived at the time she confirmed and made our morning so relaxed. She listened to every bridesmaid and worked with me to make me feel like the bride I always pictured. The makeup was so natural and light, exactly what I and my now husband wanted.

She was more than just my makeup artist, she helped me prep for photography, helped me with reveals, captured some memorable moments that no one else could capture because no one else were available before we set off to the church. I can’t thank her enough for this.

Charlotte was definitely a huge part of my morning and I would 100% recommend her.
