Hi, I am Charlotte, a qualified NVQ level 3 makeup artist. I specialise in bridal makeup. It has always been my passion from a young age, and I love to see everyone's smiles. I have also been a part of all my brides' special days. I am not just a makeup artist on the wedding day; I offer support to nervous brides, help out if there are things that need doing, and help brides get into their dresses. I am there until it is time to go, topping up any makeup as needed. I am very experienced, with over 350 weddings under my belt, offering both HQ and Airbrush makeup. I also offer hair styling. I do tattoo/bruise cover-ups using airbrush makeup, so if you have a tattoo/bruise that you do not want to show on your special day, that's not a problem. I also do makeup/hair for proms, special occasions, photoshoots, and advertisements. I am insured and mobile, covering Yorkshire and the Humberside area.
I am also trained in hair extensions so if your looking to add lenght/volume to your hair ready for the big day or just need me to put in some clip in hair extensions thats no problem at all.

More than just a Makeup artist
Charlotte was more than just a makeup and hair artist on our wedding day. She kept the good vibes going, kept me calm and everyone on time ensuring we were dressed and ready for the ceremony and pictures beforehand.
For my trial she fit me in last minute and listened to the feedback I had and changes I wanted. On the day a bridesmaid had changed her mind and Charlotte didnt stress herself and jumped right on board.
During trials it was like having a therapist as she let me rant on about the stress I was having with planning. And again reassured me and kept me calm.
Her work is beautiful and lasted all night, even the hair after head banging. Amazing value for money and felt more like a friend in the room than a vendor. Highly recommend Charlotte

Lovely make up that lasted all day!
Charlotte was lovely from start to finish, when going for my trial, she made sure I was happy with everything and made me feel comfortable. On the day, she was professional and happy to listen to how all the others wanted their makeup. She made sure to touch up any of the makeup before she left and even provided a little bag of things every bride needs for the wedding including some lipstick for touching up! My skin looked exactly as I wanted with very little coverage, as requested by me. Make up stayed on all day and I received a lot of compliments, I would definitely recommend and was great value for money!

Highly recommended wedding hair stylist and make up artist
Char was a complete professional from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make my wedding day special.
Myself, my MOH and my bridesmaid all had our hair and make up done by Char on my wedding day, she made us all feel comfortable from the off and did our hair and make up that suited our own taste and style.
Our hair and makeup looked amazing and lasted through it all, the meal, the speeches, the happy tears and the dancing!

Charlotte was amazing
Charlotte was found through Hitched and straight from the beginning she has been amazing. Shes communicated well, explained everything perfect and provided us with the best service. We had a slight mix up with dates for my trial but she did everything to make sure we fit in some times between our schedules. She transformed what felt like an orge to a princess. She made me look pretty and beautiful for my wedding day along with each of my bridesmaids (x3) and my mum.

Charlotte was amazing!!
I chose Charlotte because of her great reviews but she more than exceeded what I expected! Hair and make up for everyone was amazing but the way she made sure I was okay and helped me stay calm but also with my dress was just amazing! Thank you so much Charlotte!

Amazing MUA!
Charlotte did my wedding hair and makeup on 30 March 2026, as well as my mother-in-law’s and my mum’s, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She is both friendly and professional, which immediately put us all at ease.
Communication with Charlotte was very easy throughout, she responded to messages really quickly, which made the whole planning process stress-free.
I had a trial beforehand where she really listened to everything I wanted and made sure I was completely happy with the look. On the day, she arrived on time at the venue and was calm and organised throughout.
Despite an unexpected power cut that lasted around 1.5 hours, Charlotte handled everything amazingly well and kept us on schedule. Big thanks to her, we were all ready on time and felt fantastic.

Incredible makeup and hair for my wedding!
Charlotte did an amazing job with mine and my bridal party's hair and makeup. It lasted all day through lots of tears and lots of dancing! Charlotte is so friendly and warm. There's a reason she has won awards! If you are searching for a hair stylist or makeup artist then Charlotte is 100% worth it.

Charlotte was my wedding makeup artist and what an amazing job she did. Firstly at the trial, me and my bridesmaids are not used to wearing heavy makeup and she was so reassuring and created beautifully natural looks we loved. Fast forward to my wedding day and I was panicking with a breakout and Charlotte pivoted to create a beautiful look that made my skin look perfect! She is so talented. Thank you for being such a reassuring and kind presence on my wedding day and helping to settle my nerves. My makeup was amazing, I felt so beautiful all day so thank you very much!

Beautiful service from Charlotte, wow, just wow!
I had the pleasure of Charlotte doing make up for myself, three bridesmaids, MoB and MoG and so glad I chose her - after seeing her highly recommended on Hitch and with a huge following on Insta I thought wow, she must be good, and she did not disappoint!
Charlotte is so warm, friendly and patient. She has an amazing way of bringing your desired look to life and for me, she was able to do some quite significant tweaks on my big day, compared with my trial! Not to mention waiting until I was literally walking out the door, helping me re-curl my bangs and securing my veil in place for me before I walked down the aisle.
Best of all, Charlotte is fun and down to earth, the experience was like catching up with a good friend. Thank you so much Charlotte 🫶

Truly Amazing!
Charlotte was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She is the loveliest person — warm, friendly, and completely professional — and she made me feel instantly at ease. At my trial, she really listened to what I wanted and made sure I was 100% happy and confident with both my hair and makeup.
On the wedding day, she was just as wonderful. She made everyone feel comfortable and relaxed, was chatty, and fit right in with the morning preparations. She did all of the bridesmaids’ hair beautifully, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for more. My own hair and makeup looked absolutely stunning and, even better, it lasted perfectly all day. I’m so glad I chose Charlotte — I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!
