Sarah did my hair and makeup for my wedding day, and it was perfect. We had a trial about 2 months before the day, and we discussed what I liked and what tweaks I wanted then, but once I’d worn it for the day and had more thoughts she was happy to incorporate those on the day of. She was very responsive and took my comments on board which resulted in a look that felt very me! She also did my sister’s hair which was gorgeous! -

I do not wear makeup normally so was nervous and out of my depth with this part of my wedding planning...that was until I met Sarah. Sarah was clear, understood what I wanted immediately and executed it beautifully. I have never felt more stunning and confident. The make up and hair looked spectacular all night without touch ups! She carefully added my grandmother's 1957 headdress in such a way that it looked stunning and sustained no damage despite me dancing for 3 hours! Sarah was a calming, friendly presence as my bridesmaids and I got ready. She was professional, punctual and a clear communicator both throughout the planning and on the day. She used high quality, long-lasting products which didn't cause any irritation to my sensitive skin. I would not hesitate to recommend her. -

We hired Sarah for our Wedding in October 2023. Nothing was too much trouble - Sarah made me feel very relaxed from the hair and makeup trial right up to the wedding day. On the day itself, Sarah and Anna worked their magic on all 5 of us in plenty of time, completing all of our hair and makeup to a perfect standard and to our particular requests. They both created a relaxed environment which could have easily become very overwhelming and left plenty of time for touch ups if needed.
I would highly recommend Sarah Wray for any special event! -

Sarah was absolutely perfect for hair and makeup on the wedding day! She was able to have all 4 of us ready to go early! The trial was perfect and smooth, and was effortlessly replicated on the day! Everything stayed on and in all day so cannot have any complaints and the girls loved how easy the process was -

Sarah is an experienced and adaptable artist and stylist, who really listens to what you like and don’t like, and creates a miracle!
I hired her for my recent wedding, and she did my bridesmaids and mine hair and make up, and everyone was so pleased with the outcome! She is also a really lovely person who is very patient, which helps in a stressful situation! -

Wedding hair and makeup
Sarah and her colleague Claire did the hair and make up for my wedding for me, six bridesmaids and my mum. Sarah and Claire did a truly wonderful job - I've never felt so pretty! In the lead-up to the wedding Sarah was always responsive and really took the time to listen to what I'd like. On the morning of the day Sarah and Claire were chatty and helped put our nerves at ease - it was a really lovely experience. Thank you, Sarah. :) x -

Sarah is amazing!!
Sarah did my make up and hair for my wedding in August 2022 - and it wasn’t just my hair, she did my bridesmaids, my mum & my new mother-in-law, and she was absolutely amazing! As there was quite a few of us Sarah did bring along a colleague to help and both were very professional, approachable and made us feel at ease straight away.
Sarah came to my house a few weeks before for a trail and we ran through what I wanted - my hair style did change from trial to wedding day due to the hot weather, and Sarah was so flexible with this. I’m also not too savvy with my make up and wanted a more natural look which she achieved flawlessly and gave me advice of what products work best for my skin.
The morning of our wedding Sarah and her colleague started early and we’re AMAZING from start to finish - they worked tirelessly getting us all ready and had a good system in place to make sure we stayed on schedule. My girls and I were so happy with our looks, and our hair and make up stayed flawless throughout the day.
So from the bottom of my heart, thank you Sarah, you were amazing and we were very grateful and would highly recommend your service! -

Sarah is a fantastic hair and make-up artist. We were a big group with myself, ten bridesmaids and my mum but this did not phase her! She is flexible, punctual, friendly and puts you at ease. Very happy with the results and so were all my bridesmaids. The trial was great fun too. Would highly recommend! -

Mother of the groom hair and make over
