Anna was booked to be my hair stylist for my wedding way in advance. She supposed to come to mine for a trial on the 11th September 2026, my wedding was on the 26th September 2026. She never turned up or contacted me, I tried reaching out but got nothing back, until I wrote a bad review. She finally reached out and said shes been hacked on all her social media platform and meta was dealing with it. I'm now worried that if thats the case then they have all our details including address and bank accounts. Unfortunately I call this a load of rubbish because she still posted stuff on her social media. I asked for my £70 deposit back as she failed to show up for my trial which led me to get a hair stylist in such short notice. So I would avoid anna if you dont want to be let down on such short notice and then lose money!
I will now be moving this to a small claim court

I cannot recommend Anna highly enough! Having known her for a number of years, she was always going to be my first choice for my bridal hair. I've always admired her talent, creativity, and attention to detail, so I knew I was in safe hands.
During my trial, Anna took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, using my inspiration photos alongside my hair type and length to create the perfect style for my wedding day. She listened carefully to my ideas and helped me find a look that felt completely me.
On the wedding morning, Anna brought such a fun, positive energy to the room. It genuinely felt like getting ready for a girls' night out with Anna, myself, and my two bridesmaids. Her calm and reassuring presence helped settle any nerves and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
The finished result was everything I'd hoped for and more. Anna is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and passionate about what she does, and it really shows in her work.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I went to this hairdresser with clear instructions and a reference photo for the style I wanted, but she completely ignored what I asked for. Not only did the result look nothing like what I requested, but my hair was also left damaged and uneven.

When I tried to reach out privately to discuss the issue, she ignored my messages—and then blocked me from her page instead of taking any responsibility. This is incredibly unprofessional and shows a complete lack of care for clients and accountability for her work.

I trusted her with my hair and was left feeling upset and embarrassed by the result. I would not recommend her services to anyone looking for a professional and reliable stylist.

Anna was a god-send on our wedding morning. Not only did she flawlessly create 8 hairstyles on me and my bridesmaids/flower girls, but she was so friendly and helpful. We were all baffled at doing up my dress, but Anna rescued me and had no problem. I HIGHLY recommend Anna. You won't be dissappointed

Communication was excellent all the way through from Consult to my big day. I didn't feel a single hair pin and my style lasted all day - It was even lovely and curly the next day. Anna was friendly and professional whilst working through all 8 of us, with different styles and tastes.
