  Wedding 13 Aug 2022

  We couldn’t have chosen a better venue to host our wedding and allowing us to book for the entire weekend along with close family members also being able stay within the house. Stephanie (and Cara) were always so helpful with the entire planning and organization, despite us having to do so while living in the U.S. They are so accommodating and flexible. Stephanie took care of vendor communication behind the scenes seamlessly and efficiently, and the actual wedding itself ended up being absolutely perfect because of her organization and suggestions. Being able to utilize the house and grounds for each part of the wedding was so special. It is a beautiful, unique venue that allowed us to create something bespoke for our wants. I can’t recommend Birdsall House enough! I only wish we were able to spend even more time there! Thank you again for putting together the most amazing wedding weekend for us.

  The most beautiful, welcoming venue!

  Beautiful grounds and house, nothing was too much to ask, Steph and Cara were incredible as well as all the other staff that worked during our wedding. We had the venue the day before and after so we had a lovely relaxed time. Couldn’t recommend it more!

  One of a kind!

  Where do I begin with Birdsall House, it is a home from home, where you are greeted with similes, a biscuit and cup of tea. Our whole wedding planning process was stress free thanks to Birdsall, they were so helpful and supportive with everything.
  When it came to the big day they shined even brighter with how seamless the day flowed, the subtle finishing touches and how the Birdsall charm helped elevate the day.
  My husband and I highly recommend this venue. It has character, charm, does not feel heavily commercialised and is one of a kind. Thank you Birdsall for everything.

  We greatly enjoyed our visit on the above occasion, and were struck by the quality of the organisation, and the dedication of the staff to provide a quality service, in particular a young man called Harry, who worked tirelessly throughout the day. Thank you.

  What a gem of a venue

  We held our wedding at Birdsall House and honestly had the best day of our lives. Becky, the wedding coordinator helped us seamlessly move our date 3 times because of the pandemic and it was perfect. The team went out of their way to make sure we had everything and they organised the weekend beautifully, right down to the smallest detail. Our guests were all wowed by the setting and loved being able to eat in the stunning ballroom. We couldn't recommend Birdsall House more highly, it was the perfect venue for our wedding and a place we will always be fond of.

  Birdsall House Wedding

  You and Cara were fantastic, you went over and above what was expected.
  It wouldn’t have run as smoothly as it did without your help! It’s an amazing venue but your attention to detail is second to none. Simple things such as the hair and make up area that was set up emphasised how much attention you pay to all that goes into helping plan such a day. Therefore I just wanted to email to say thanks ever so much for helping out on what was a day that Tom and I will remember for the rest of our lives :-)

  Great memories!

  I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you all for making the 28th such a wonderful day for Mirembe and me.
  
  I still can’t quite believe that we even managed to hold the blessing outside in the sunshine! Our luck continued on honeymoon, with the most glorious weather on Skye. On the day, everything could not have been more perfect and we really appreciated the relaxed and professional manner with which you handled everything. There was high praise from the guests for the venue, the food, the bar and the general ambience.

  Gorgeous English Wedding

  I recently had my wedding at Birdsall House and it was the most perfect venue in every way! Cara and Becky who coordinate all of the weddings were second to none and so accommodating all the way through. We had our wedding in a marquee, on the grounds, in front of the house and next to the old church ruins, which was so picturesque! Fab for photos! I cannot sing their praises enough, no ask was too much and everything was made easy and simple! I would strongly recommend them if you are looking for a gorgeous English wedding with the option to be either inside or outside of a beautiful house with a stunning backdrop.

  Everything was discussed and agreed upon in planning meetings with Lady Cara and Becky. They went through the timings and logistics of the whole wedding weekend and provided brilliant ideas that we hadn't even thought about!
  
  The beautiful surroundings of Birdsall House and St Mary's Church provided a wonderful and unique setting for our special day. We also loved our wedding photos being taken at the old temple, the 12th century ruins and the lake.
  
  Lady Cara and Becky made everything run smoothly from start to finish, allowing us to relax and enjoy the day to the full.
  
  A beautiful venue with an excellent team that produced the best day, which we will remember forever!"
