It was better than I could have ever imagined
On behalf of Mitch and myself I just wanted to say thank you so much to Charlotte for yesterday. The day went so incredibly smoothly and everyone had the best time. It was better than I could have ever imagined.
We read through the date night suggestions last night and yours was so sweet! We'll definitely be doing that sometime soon! It turned out to be a big hit which I'm happy about since it was literally a last minute idea! Hopefully something you can pass onto other brides :-)

We were thrilled with our Wedding Day and I cannot tell you how much our guests complimented the venue, food and atmosphere, so all in all - awesome! So pleased we found you and the venue certainly made for awesome pictures we will treasure forever.
I personally, cannot compliment you enough Charlotte. You were very clear, listened and gave practical and helpful advice. You were always contactable and it was brilliant to have the opportunity to go through things with you the morning I arrived. I also appreciated your allowance of the little sequin touches too as that was so important - despite it not appearing to be to anyone else on the surface!!

Dear Charlotte,
We had a fantastic time. Thanks very much for all your help. We’ve been flooded with thank you cards (I thought we’re meant to send those) from our guests which mention how much they loved Chandos and the food and the staff etc. The reception certainly exceeded our expectations and some of our guests who are professional chefs particularly praised the food so please pass the compliments on to the chef.
I also want to especially thank you for kindly and efficiently handling so many other aspects which were not part of our initial agreement, some of which were collecting the cake, doing the decorations and even ironing my spare dress! I cannot express how pleased both George and I are with your way of handling the event.
