    Fun for all your guests!

    So much fun! I'm so glad we got this for our wedding, all our guests seemed to love getting up there with some props and having a laugh!
    Staff super friendly and looking through both our physical and virtual photo albums the day after made us both smile.

    Our guests said it was the best they've ever seen

    The photos just don't do it justice at all, we fell in love with the wooden photo booth when we saw it, and the photos are pronominal quality. So clear and vivid. All of our guests commented on how good it was as well as the quality. To have a guest book and digital photos after was just amazing. I can't thank you and your team enough. Everything was just perfect. Thank you.

    Do not hire from here

    Absolutely terrible service and broken photo booths!
    We booked this Photo Booth about 9 months in advance.
    They arrived to our reception on time but during their set up they had a problem.
    They took the whole Photo Booth down before they had spoken to anyone and said they were leaving as it was broken. Apparently they had tried everything so I asked them if they could go and get another one and come back. The answer was a flat out no! My dad ended up speaking with the man as I wanted to enjoy the rest of our wedding. He agreed with my dad that he would meet someone half way to get a new Photo Booth- well, they just didn’t return. My husband and I had purchased a backdrop and a neon sign for this Photo Booth because we wanted a certain look. This was wasted!! As a company who are dealing with a lot of weddings, I think they need to take it more seriously and improve their customer service- in our opinion they weren’t willing to do the minimum, let alone above and beyond like our other suppliers!
    I then received a refund that evening and a half hearted apology!! There was obviously no intention to come back. After a few emails with the head of booking, I have now not heard anything back.
    My advice for them is if these things can break then bring a back up?! We were so upset that we didn’t have the lovely photos with our friends and families which we won’t ever be able to get back and a wasted back drop which I was told by MooMuu- atleast it was nice to look at for the guests!!

    I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback about our services. However, I must respectfully disagree with your assessment and would like to clarify a few points.
    First and foremost, it seems there might be some misunderstanding or confusion about your experience with us.

    We take great pride in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality products and we always strive to meet or exceed our customers' expectations.

    Whilst its unfortunate and very rare, so rare in fact this is the only time we’ve experienced such a catastrophic failure, I don’t think your review is warranted to the extent of your claims.

    It’s easy to point the finger on review sites and social media because there’s no face to face interaction and to many minds no harm is being done or to a certain extent, people often say hurtful things to make themselves feel better.

    As a small business, we are not seeking glowing 5 star reviews all the time, we value honest feedback from our clients. We also, don’t go out of our way to upset people or “ruin” our clients events either. This would be counter intuitive to what we strive to provide.

    At every opportunity we care, take pride in what we do and always make things right when they go wrong. We feel we’ve done all this and more. Unfortunately couldn’t do anything more to get the booth working, and believe be we did our utmost to rectify the issue.

    As a small business this impacts us too. We issued you with a full refund, We still incur staff costs, they still need to be paid, 120 mile round trip, and a repair bill for the damaged drive. So we didn’t take the decision to leave your wedding lightly, knowing we did everything we conceivably could before making that decision despite the fact you are adamant that we could have done more. If there was a way we could have done more.

    However, to address your specific concerns:

    • It has no bearing on events, but you actually booked with 4 months before your wedding. Not the 9 months as you stated. However may explain some of the other confusion in your review.

    • We removed the photo booth as soon as we knew it was a fatal failure and couldn’t be fixed on site. You were in the middle of your first dance, so we removed it swiftly as to minimise disruption and not draw attention to a booth nobody could use. We didn’t have the opportunity to tell you at that moment and leaving it in situ wouldn’t have changed the outcome.

    • As we’ve explained in every conservable way in numerous email correspondence with yourself, the drive issue we had was not a user accessible part for our team to replace and fix on site. Even if we carried a replacement drive, it’s not simply a case of replace.

    • You stated in your review that we lied about another booth being brought to you.

    You asked if another booth could be brought out, we told you that unfortunately no other booth or operators were available and regretfully, this was not possible. You mentioned we should go back and bring another booth. Again we advised this was not possible due to the distance and time it would take. Your venue was 1 hour 20 minutes away from our office which meant we wouldn’t return until 11pm, so was not a viable option as it was already 8.17 when we had to leave your wedding. At no point did we agree to return.

    • You stated that our customer service was unresponsive.

    We replied swifty to every email and apologised profusely, however, you accused us of lame excuses and stated that “a refund is a shocking offer as an apology”

    We did however, stop replying to you after your last email on the 5th September when you stated “It would be honourable if you would offer more than just a refund instead of an apology and excuses. As I previously stated, I will not be recommending, neither will our venue but I can take this to social media and review platforms.”

    • Your comment “I was told by MooMuu - atleast it was nice to look at for the guests!!“ Is complete fabrication

    After reading your review, I find it somewhat confusing that somehow the compensation you sought after would have made everything you stated happened, somehow acceptable.

    Responsive fun and fabulous

    They were so responsive from the get go and on the night they really made sure our guests had a great time! Loved it! Highly recommend

    Excellent service from start to finish

    High quality Photo Booth, looked fantastic at my wedding. Really easy to use with fun props and a guest book.

    Excellent, highly recommend!!

    We hired the Photo Booth for our wedding and it was an absolute blast! The fun and love in the pictures is clear to see. Booking, confirming choices and paying were so easy to do on the website and the helper on the day was so kind and attentive. We have a lovely book filled with the pics as well as the online library. Guests were also able to take a print out and send to themself. Would highly recommend!!

    Would highly recommend

    10/10 experience with MooMuu photos booths. Great communication, the quality of pictures were fab, the set up and booth and backdrop looked brilliant and the assistant on the day was super friendly and helpful.

    Andy was professional and responsive from our very first enquiry, he answered questions quickly and was very fixable and accommodating. Communication was absolutely perfect.

    The Photo Booth was the perfect addition to our wedding and our photo guest book will be cherished forever.

    Really fun experience!

    This was one of the best decision we made!
    Everything was really easy with them, from getting the quote to create your own template.
    We had so much fun, and our guest enjoyed and loved it so much!
    We also got the guest book and we laughed so hard the next day seeing all the pictures.
    It's a beautiful memory not only for us but also for our guest!
