I recommend absolutely everything about Helen and Bill. Right from our email communications, through to our initial meet and all the way up receiving the amazing footage of our January wedding! You made us feel so comfortable every step of the way and the end product has blown us (and everyone who watches it) away. We couldn’t have asked for a more friendly, understanding and professional couple to share our special day with us. Thank you so much ?? Liz and Dave xxx
Thank you Helen and Bill !!! That is so amazing, we have all been in tears watching it, so much of the day was a massive blur so it is lovely to be able to see it all and so much more then we thought we would get. Thank you so much for giving us such an amazing memory of our day :)

Bill has worked in film and television for 20 years and is hugely experienced, creative and professional. We are very friendly, we work very well together and we will ensure that you have absolutely no stress throughout the run up to your wedding and on the day itself. And rest assured, the quality of the film you will receive will be exceptional.
You will always get Bill and I. No one else - unless one of us is sick but we are pretty tough cookies!
All our equipment is high specification HD professional kit. There is always two of us, and we shoot with the Canon C100 M2. We've found this is the perfect camera, since it captures amazing quality images, yet is small so we can be discreet and minimise our presence. We use Canon L Series lenses that cover every focal length from super wide to 300mm telephoto. We also use fixed cameras for timelapses and alternative angles - Sony RX100 and GoPros (again small with great images), and we have an awesome DJI Osmo hand-held steadicam. We always have a back-up camera in the unlikely event of any technical issues, in the form of a Canon 7D.
Audio-wise, we have two lightweight Sennheiser radio lapel mics which, in a perfect world, we would clip to the groom and priest / registrar for the ceremony, and each speaker in the reception. However, if anyone would rather not wear them, we also have Sennheiser directional mics which we plug into a separate audio recorder (we use this regardless for added security). We often "hide" the mic in flowers, behind the pulpit or the table. Additionally, our editing software has a nifty audio boost and clean gizmo for clear sound.
We're always updating our kit, so if something better comes along in time for your wedding, we'll get it!
Good question! The films that we create are video montages to music of your choice. We usually 'chapterise' them, so for example if you choose the Gold Package, the opening of the film would usually be your guests arriving and chatting, the groom and his ushers looking nervous(!) and family members hugging, kissing, greeting each other. The chapter usually ends with the arrival of the bride. This is all to music which will match the feel of the moment. We like to set the scene, and your guests hopefully won't feel too self conscious as we will keep out of the way with our long lenses! Next chapter would be the ceremony. We sometimes use very gentle, incidental music for this but of course there will be audio in this part, usually key moments from the ceremony such as the vows or the exchange of rings. Next chapter would be drinks, nibbles, people congratulating the happy couple, perhaps including the photographer taking some photos. We like to use an upbeat, uplifting song for this part. Then we usually have the speeches so again we take a few key lines, perhaps touching or funny from each of the speakers, with shots of your guests listening and enjoying so it really captures the feel of the moment. Then of course we have a final montage of cake cutting, bouquet throwing, first dance and general merriment! This of course is just an example; everybody's day is different and our films will reflect your day accurately and cinematically.
Most people have booked us approximately 12 months in advance to limit the chances of us being booked; however we have taken bookings 6-8 months in advance also!
Yes, we happily travel to most areas in the South-East, including London and the Home Counties. Further afield, we would require travel/accommodation expenses.
Yes, although this would incur extra charges - although very reasonable and competitive! We don't tend to film for too long after the first dance though as people prefer to be able to cut loose on the dance floor safe in the knowledge that the video cameras have all gone home!
We genuinely care about what we do and so we take time to make your film as perfect for you as we can. This usually takes 6-8 weeks and sometimes a little longer in busy periods. We will always keep you posted on our progress.
You will receive your film on a USB stick and, depending on the package you choose, a certain number of DVDs or BluRay DVDs. For your trailer, which is ready within 2 weeks, you will be sent a link to our Vimeo page for you to share. That will then also be included on the USB and DVDs when the main film is ready.
