From the moment you arrive through the impressive entrance there is a sense of elegance and grandeur to the property. This 17th century Jacobean Manor House boasts a magnificent façade which makes a stunning backdrop for your wedding photographs.
Ideally located close to the World Heritage City of Bath, with easy access to Bristol and the Cotswolds, we are set within 240 acres of outstanding natural beauty. Plucked straight from the pages of a novel, our former stables (no accommodation) are the inspiration behind local author Anna Sewell’s 1877 book, Black Beauty.
The interior has recently been refurbished in a way that gives the luxurious rooms a modern twist. Our interior is both in keeping with the grandeur of the building, yet tastefully modern with tall mirrors & chandeliers. Our Windsor wedding suite is decorated in neutral tones in order to be adapted to any colour scheme our couples wish.
We have multiple function spaces to help host your day depending on your party size.
We pride ourselves on being able to accommodate intimate celebrations as well as larger parties. Our unique stone lodge once used for Masonic ceremonies is licenced for up to 80 guests while our Windsor suite can take up to 130. Our Fleet suite with high ceilings and grand windows can seat up to 40 wedding guests for a more intimate dining affair.
Tracy Park offers many unique features to add to the magic of your special day.
For couples who wish to arrive or leave in style we have a helicopter pad available outside the manor house.
Behind the colonnaded entrance and honey-hued façade, the Grade 11-listed country house hotel is home to 42 cottage-style bedrooms, including the carefully renovated Carriages dating back to 1856. Perfect to accommodate wedding guests who need to ease their party feet! Your guests will wake up refreshed and depart on a full belly after enjoying breakfast with yourselves and other wedding guests the morning after.
At Tracy Park we are also host to two championship golf courses should any of the guests or wedding party want to get a round of golf in around the wedding.
One of the unique factors of Tracy Park is our ability to offer bespoke wedding packages.
We offer an in-house wedding coordinator who will work with you throughout the process to ensure the seamless running of your wedding.

The Best Day made Better by Tracy Park!
Harriet the wedding co-ordinator was extremely supportive on all aspects of our day with ideas and always on hand to answer any one of the long list of questions us brides have! Harriet and the rest of the team truly are a credit to Tracy Park.Sent on 15/01/2017
Due to the torrential rain we had for most of the day, we arrived early which the staff coped with perfectly. From this point on due to the weather we changed most of the timing of when and where we were going to do things.
The whole team stepped in to make things happen and run smoothly from clearing all the tables in the main restaurant for our photographs inside to our last minute decision to have the fireworks early and so delaying the food in the evening, It was a fabulous job done by the team as we didn’t even notice the rain in the end and nothing was too much trouble I ncluding keeping the floors dry which kept the train on my dress dry and clean. The attention to detail really made the day perfect.
The food was outstanding and the fact that the main function room had its own dedicated kitchen meant the food came out quickly and was hot.
The accommodation was wonderful, the décor is lovely and up to date and nothing seems dated or tired.
We had quite a large group of guests staying at the hotel so we arranged to have breakfast the following day back in the main function room with all our guests. The staff had carefully stored our tall table flower decorations and they were all out again for breakfast which was really special and made our day last even longer.
Our day would not have been the same without Tracy Park!

We had a day to remember
We held our wedding at Tracy Park on 2 April 2016 and from our first meeting with Harriet, the Hotel’s Wedding Co-ordinator to the actual day of our wedding we appreciated that we were in the most capable and experienced hands. We had a day to remember.Sent on 26/08/2016
I visited many venues before deciding on Tracy Park (which happened to be virtually on our door step) as the hotel for our wedding venue. As soon as I went there I knew for certain that it was where I wanted to hold our wedding.
Harriet was wonderful to deal with. She was very keen and well organised and all our requests leading up to the day were efficiently dealt with, nothing was too much trouble for her.
We had just under 90 guests and after the ceremony we all spilled out into the garden at the front of the house for drinks, canapes and photographs. The wedding reception was held in the Manor Room which was decorated beautifully. The buffet at the reception was truly excellent and the whole day went like clockwork thanks to all of the hotel’s employees and particularly to Harriet’s organisation.
We have received so many compliments from our guests, all commending the venue, the experience, the quality of the food and the surroundings. Many of our guests stayed the night at the hotel and enjoyed breakfast the following morning. In fact my Sister said that it was the best hotel she has ever stayed in and she has stayed in many.
So, thank you Tracy Park and Harriet from the bottom of our hearts for giving us a day we will truly remember forever.
