We got married here on 1st October 2005 and had a wonderful wedding. We did use the grounds for a drink reception afterwards and for the photos as it has a big lake with swans and boats, it makes for wonderful photo's. We did not have our reception here as you only have the reception room untill 5pm. We found a gorgeous pub The Lord Derby Inn to have our sit down banquet (fantastic chef and service!) 2 mins away. They closed the whole pub so we had it all to ourselves and it was so intimate and relaxed and very enjoyable. We had loads of compliments on the food and service and the venue.
