Nestled in an idyllic valley in the heart of Kent's High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, every detail of this exclusive Grade II listed venue has been designed to make the perfect setting for your special day.
When it comes to your wedding, it's not just about finding a venue, it's about discovering somewhere to create memories that will stay with you forever. Frame Farm has a series of stunning buildings dating from 1607, which include three reception barns, The Oak Barn, The Byre and the Pole Barn, as well as six luxurious Weaver's Cottages for you and your guests.
The awe-inspiring Oak Barn has a magnificent high vaulted roof, glass frontage overlooking the courtyard, hidden state-of-the-art technology, underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burning stove; every modern convenience in a breathtaking old threshing barn yet with an intimate feel.
With classic elegance and tranquil views, The Byre offers a graceful space perfectly suited for ceremonies or more intimate receptions, or it can be transformed into an entertainment room for the children. The romantic terrace, waterfall and lily pond are a wildlife haven and perfect for a celebratory toast or photographs.
The Pole Barn, our large open-fronted barn offers a more rustic style and comes complete with fairy lights and power. Used as our wood store and home to a working 1956 Fordson Major tractor, the chopped wood, original oak door from The Oak Barn, and decorative rusted-screens make this another unique location for nuptial vows, photographs and games within our farmyard.
And at the end of your wonderful day, curl up and enjoy a celebratory glass of bubbles with your spouse in our sumptuous Wedding Cottage. With views across the surrounding sheep pasture, you will love the magic of this romantic rural setting whatever the season. Combined with a warm welcome and personal service, we are confident that your wedding will exceed all expectations.

Beautiful Autumnal Wedding!
We were lucky enough to get married at The Oak Barn and can’t thank the team enough for letting us celebrate in this beautiful barn! We fell in love with the venue when we first visited and so did all our guests at the wedding! The Barn is so beautiful and rustic which is exactly what we wished for, and the Byre was the perfect setting for our ceremony. The grounds are amazing and so lovely to wonder around with plenty of photo opportunities (even in the rain!) It was also a massive help having the cottages on site for our guests to stay in - they are so stylishly finished. A massive thank you to Hayley who was incredibly helpful throughout, and made everything run so seamlessly on the day! We couldn’t have managed the day without you! We had the most perfect day we could have wished for and will always have the best memories of our wedding day. Thank you again for everything xx

Incredible from start to finish.
The Oak Barn is picture perfect and the ideal space for a relaxed, rustic wedding. It’s so beautiful that minimal decoration is required.
Deana, Tim and their team were fantastic throughout the process, from our initial viewing to the day itself. Their professionalism and expertise is second to none, and they really care about making your day perfect.
Our wedding was on a particularly wet and rainy day, but Deana had advice for us and the other vendors to ensure everything went without a hitch.
We stayed at the cottages from Friday to Sunday. They are lovely in themselves, and it helped us to relax knowing that everything was ready to go on Saturday morning, and meant we could have a big family dinner the night before.
I couldn’t reccomend them highly enough. It is an expensive option, but they are worth every penny.

Amazing experience throughout!
I’m not sure where to start! We had our wedding at the Oak Barn in October 2023, from the moment we set foot on the farm and were met with not only a beautiful setting but a wonderfully kind Hayley! The barn and buildings are stunning, we decided within 10 minutes this was going to be our venue…
Hayley was fantastic throughout the whole process, from the day we confirmed our date to the wedding morning I couldn’t have asked for a more lovely, professional, experienced and enthusiastic person to deal with, no question too silly or ask too big, Hayley made the organisation seamless. What an absolute pleasure to work with, we got married in the Byre, reception drinks in the pole barn and wedding breakfast / disco in the Oak Barn, fully utilising the whole venue. We visited the venue 5 times in the run up to talk things through and visualise our day. It was the most perfect day, and I really thank the team at Frame Farm for holding our hands throughout the whole thing! Hayley and Chrystelle were fantastic throughout and really felt there were on the bridal team. I couldn’t recommend the venue enough, beautiful setting, seamless interactions with all of the vendors; Vine & Dine (Caterer), SeeRoseFloral (Florist), Village Vinted (Furniture), Black Saucers (Glassware) and overall a truly amazing day! ❤️❤️❤️

Excellence in all areas
We got married at The Oak Barn in July 2023 with 100 guests, two years after we initially visited the farm and booked the venue.
We were rather naive going into it as to how much work is involved in organising a wedding but Tim & Hayley (who alongside Tim & Deana, the owners, is their secret weapon!!!), who we mainly dealt with, were absolutely fantastic throughout the process. They have a superb selection of trusted suppliers and will also happily advise on matters which generally fall outside of their remit. They were patient when we needed time to sort things but also gave us a bit of a kick up the backside when we needed to get on with things! Deana, Tim’s partner, who we didn’t really deal with but met a few times also seemed lovely.
The venue itself is also stunning with multiple areas (3 x very different barns and multiple outside areas) which you can use to keep things interesting for your guests rather than just being stuck in one area the whole day, which in my experience of attending other weddings can be a little bit dull.
We could not of asked for a better day, in fact if I’m honest I didn’t personally expect to enjoy it as much as I did as I thought I’d be stressed out worrying about stuff going wrong, but knowing you have such a fantastic team behind you, it really was stress free and an absolutely amazing day.

What a perfect venue
Amazingly beautiful venue with rustic yet chic charm for anyone who doesn't want a manor house or a castle.
The 2 barns are beautifully renovated, offered accomodation for my whole family and the owners are immensely knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful. We had the best day on 18/03/23

The oak barn was the only venue we viewed when we started looking back in 2021! It honestly took our breath away and after seeing the barn and stage I couldn't imagine saying my vowels anywhere else. The whole team are amazing at the oak barn, they helped finalise the last bits, spoke to my suppliers to make sure the day went as smooth as possible. All of our guests said how beautiful the venue was to. We had the most amazing day and the venue really topped it off. I would really recommend booking the cottages and making a weekend out of it, we did this and it really helped to ease stress on the morning of the wedding.

Such a special venue for a wedding!
What an INCREDIBLE venue for a wedding! Both Deana and Tim were amazing hosts and communication was impeccable across the 15 months from our engagement/booking the venue to our wedding day. Absolutely beautiful views across the countryside have made for such special wedding photos and so many of our guests commented on the venue being the most beautiful they have ever seen. Nothing was too much trouble for Deana and Tim and they made us feel so welcomed and comfortable at each and every visit. Everything ran perfectly on the day, including the finest of details and we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Deana and Tim and the rest of the team at The Oak Barn, we would recommend you to anyone and hope to attend another wedding as guests with you one day!! An absolutely magical day
We got married in The Oak Barn on the 28th August and had an absolutely magical day. We and all our guests absolutely loved the stunning setting. Chrystelle, Deana, Tim and all the rest of the team were a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process and made sure that on the day things went better than we ever could have imagined.
We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Oak Barn!

Magical Place
We had our wedding at the beautiful Oak Barn in July this year. From start to finish Deana & Tim were incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Planning a wedding is such a daunting task, but they were incredible in answering any questions I had and kept us informed throughout the process.
The Oak Barn itself is a magical place. I am so pleased that we chose this venue for our wedding day. Everything was perfect, even on one of the hottest days of the year. The barn is absolute perfection and it shows in the love and care that they give the barn. It was the most perfect day and we couldn't thank them enough for making the day so special.

The most perfect day
We had the most perfect day celebrating our wedding day at The Oak Barn in Benenden. Hayley, Deana and Tim were fantastic in ensuring our day went as smoothly as possible and made it just magical. We had originally planned our wedding for 2020 but unfortunately had to postpone twice due to the pandemic.
The farm is just so beautiful and we were lucky enough to have the lovely sheep roaming in the fields opposite the Byre. The barn is just wonderful and we spent the day before decorating it beautifully which was so much fun! We were extremely lucky to have amazing weather so we had some gorgeous sunset photos in the field. So many lovely photo spots including the bridge over the pond and the tractor. Cocktails and canapes on the patio in the sun with our band playing was another lovely hilight.
We hired the cottages over the weekend which were brilliant- so gorgeous inside and spacious, perfect for our close family and friends to stay the night. We had breakfast altogether the next morning too, croissants heated up in the ovens which was lovely.
We would recommend The Oak Barn to anyone who is looking for a stunning and rustic venue with a super friendly and helpful team! :)

Immaculate Venue, Rustic yet State-of-the-Art
A warm welcome from the owners, who are really helpful with useful advice and contacts for couples. The Farm is beautiful and lovingly renovated into a functional and timeless venue, we fell in love with Frame Farm when we first arrived, and we knew it was the venue for us. Encouraged to make the wedding a day, really special for us and given support when needed by the owners (being present, yet not suffocating).
Frame Farm is simply one of the best wedding venues I've been to, and I would recommend it be on any Bride & Grooms shortlist, if not top!

The Best Day
What a wonderful venue for our wedding.
From being so understanding when having to postpone due to the pandemic, to answering all our questions and helping our stay over the 2 nights plus the big day run without a fault, Deana and Tim were just fantastic.

Flexibility, kindness and professionalism
Due
to the constantly changing regulations on weddings due to Covid-19, we unfortunately didn’t yet have the chance to celebrate our wedding at the Oak Barn.
We can though share how an amazing experience we have had so far despite the postponement of our wedding.
Tim and Deana have been truly amazing, flexible and caring for us. Always putting our wishes and need first.
All meetings have been a pleasure and always led to agreement on what is the best for us. We have had constant support in each step of the organisation and also to rearrange

Perfect wedding venue in the beautiful Kent countryside
We were lucky enough to get married at The Oak Barn, Frame Farm in October 2020 and would highly recommend this amazing venue to anyone planning a wedding or other special event. The Oak Barn and the on-site cottages have been beautifully renovated and restored to the highest standards, combining luxury and comfort. The owners Tim & Deana were a pleasure to deal with from the very beginning, and although we unfortunately had to postpone our original April wedding plans due to the pandemic, they made such a positive difference to our wedding planning (and re-planning!) experience through these difficult times. They are understanding, flexible and so helpful, always responding quickly and positively to any queries and working with us to plan our special day. We decided to go ahead with our ‘mini-wedding’ this year and enjoyed a small, intimate celebration with our close family – the venue is perfectly suited to smaller scale events as well as larger weddings and we’ll be returning next year for the big party and wedding reception with all of our original guests – we cannot wait!

Perfect Oak Barn wedding venue in Kent
We had an August wedding here and couldn't recommend it more. This venue was everything we hoped for and the day was perfect.
Where to start... the Oak Barn itself is beautiful. If you have a barn in mind this will be how it looks. Plus, it's been upgraded with smart lighting and a great sound system. It has a bar space inside you can use, plus lots of nice touches - like tables made from a tree on site.
We also made use of the byre for the ceremony itself. Lovely open views of the fields (we wanted the sheep to be visible which they kindly helped facilitate) and it opens onto a terrace for refreshments afterwards. Using this made it super easy for us as the Barn could already be set up for us to use for the breakfast. No stress setting it up between ceremony and food.
We also loved the cottages on site and used them before and after the day. They've been furnished to a great standard and the convenience of being on site both nights cannot be overstated.
The outside spaces are perfect for pictures, and combined with the nice weather meant everyone had a wonderful time mingling.
Finally, Tim and Deana were the best hosts, giving us helpful suggestions and supporting us throughout the stressful planning. Plus, their dog is the best!!
All in all this venue literally ticked every box for us. And it was the second one we looked at! Don't hesitate to use it if you like what you see.
