A Night to Remember
Our wedding day was perfect in no small part because of the wonderful job done by the team at the Globe. Our wedding was small affair with about 30 people but they took care of us like we were special guests. The food was outstanding and the service and communication leading up to our special day could not be beat. Their team made sure our every wish was accomplished. The location could not be beat with great views from the Balcony Room as well as the near by Millennium Bridge. Our day was a dream come true! If you want a signature location with fair pricing and outstanding customer service the Globe is for you. Ask for Lizaan. She was a marvellous representative of their team.Sent on 13/01/2019

It was perfect
“Gary and I had a truly fantastic day on Saturday. All our guests had an amazing time. The food was beautiful; all the guest chefs loved it! You have gone so far out of your way to make our day a success and we are so grateful for everything you and the staff have done. We would not change one thing about our wedding. It was perfect.”Sent on 28/06/2017

very slick and beautifully produced
“With my Head of Events hat on, I wanted to drop you a line to congratulate you on a very slick and beautifully produced event and to thank you all for making me feel so welcome from when I arrived at 11am right through to the early hours of the morning. I was incredibly impressed with you and all your staff and the efficiency which you all brought to every aspect of the wedding. I wanted to make particular note of one member of staff, Kevin who was there when I turned up to rehearse and was still there right at the end of the night working the bar in the Underglobe. My department manages 1000 events each year, including a couple of serious concert venues and the bars that go with them, so I am acutely aware of how difficult it can be to find those team members who are not only brilliant but become the jewel in the crown. Kevin was just that- a shining light in the team and I found myself wishing I could poach him for my own operation (don't worry we are in Leeds).Sent on 28/06/2017
He was smiling all day and came across so genuine, caring and interested in his customers at all times. Not just a nice lad but a real star. I am sure that he will continue to excel in customer service but shows so much promise for a bright career, whatever he turns his hand to. I do hope that you will be able to congratulate him on his efforts, but also pass this comment on to the top of the organisation so he can receive appropriate recognition from senior management. “
