This multifaceted property boasts indoor and outdoor event spaces that would be ideal for hosting one of life’s most important celebrations. Ideally, it would suit intimate occasions, making it a romantic and inviting setting for heartfelt get-togethers sure to live long in the memory. Defined by a Georgian style, it also offers delightful artwork throughout to create an elegant space where happy moments can take centre stage.
Facilities and Capacity
All manner of ceremonies can take place at The Scottish Arts Club. It is a fitting place for couples to exchange vows and become married with their nearest and dearest in attendance. Following the milestone ‘I-do’ occasion, couples can slip away to the Geddes Garden. Here, beautiful flowers and greenery help to create a scenic, natural retreat where photo sessions can easily take place. Offering an eye-catching backdrop, it is sure to please a whole host of photographers looking to capture those romantic newlywed portraits. It also provides somewhere serene for hosting al fresco hors d’oeuvres. Cocktail hours could also be enjoyed here as everyone mixes with each other while sipping on tasty beverages. As the day progresses, everyone can make their way towards the Club Room. This L-shaped space would be an ideal place for invitees to gather ahead of the all-important wedding breakfast or reception. Sophisticated and stylish, its red carpeting and red-leather furniture help to create a bright and colourful space ideal for small ensembles to play pre-dinner music. Two dining rooms are available to make use of—the Peploe Dining Room and the McTaggart Room. Together, they can accommodate approximately 56 people for a sit-down meal. Owing to the size of the Scottish Arts Club, it would certainly suit couples who want to enjoy their special day with a select group of distinguished guests.
A wedding coordinator can make themselves available to help ensure that each day goes according to plan at the Scottish Arts Club. This specialist takes pride in reducing the stress of turning visions into realities. Head chef Steve Morton delights in crafting delectable meals with passion and invention.
