  Our perfect day

  Amazing they made our fairytale come to life

  I loved planning my wedding with the parlour team they really looked after me before and on the day they couldn’t be more friendly and supportive they made our dreams come true for our fairytale wedding

  09/02/24 - Our Wedding Day

  Where do I start... from originally booking our wedding for 09/11/24 to pulling it forward to 09/02/24 with around 4 months notice, it was perfect & everything that we could've asked for.
  
  The communication between the sales team and ourselves was second to none, they were always on hand, responding to emails (a special shoutout to Naomi).
  
  The venue was so rustic in itself, you didn't really have to do much to it as you would a hotel or something similar, it's already so naturally beautiful. The converted 'Smithy' held such a special place in our hearts, meaning before we even went to view the venue, we were already set on booking and having our day there.
  
  The food was tremendous, our guests absolutely loved our menu choices and loved them even more on the day when they got to sit down & have it served to them. The whole day was just as we'd imagined. A side note on breakfast the next day for guests that stayed overnight, again was beautiful & great quality.
  
  The venue as a whole was tidy, clean, exactly as you'd expect. The bridal suite was spacious and I loved the fact you had a separate bathroom which again was very spacious.
  
  We absolutely loved our day, like most we'd do it again in a heartbeat & I'd honestly say if you're considering the Parlour, look no further.

  The Most Magical Winter Wedding in a Perfect Venue

  Our winter wedding at the Parlour was simply perfect! The venue is gorgeous anyway but with snow on the ground and the Christmas trees all lit up for our wedding on the 2nd December, it looked even more magical. What makes the venue extra special however, is not the fixtures and fittings, or the delicious food, but the amazing team! From Naomi and the team in the sales office, to everyone who looked after us on the day, to the fabulous Roseanne our Master of Ceremonies, they could not be faulted. So attentive, so caring - world class hospitality!

  Our winter wedding at the Parlour was simply perfect!   Everything and more

  The Parlour was only the second venue we viewed and we just knew it was the one.
  
  The photos of the place do not do it justice, there’s a gorgeous vibe and on a summers day you honestly forget your in Northumberland!
  
  From the minute we enquired the staff have been exceptional, they reply to emails quickly and nothing ever felt an issue.
  
  The actual day was incredible, staff on hand every step of the way! The venue is simply stunning and we honestly had the most perfect day.
  
  Food was phenomenal and every guest was catered for with no issues whatsoever, I would chose this venue time and time again! Thank you to each and every one of you at the parlour!

  All the staff who we met and were involved were outstanding. The day was so much more than we expected. We had so many guests commenting on the venue and the food was unbelievable!

  The Parlour at Blagdon

  
  The Parlour at Blagdon was the perfect venue for our mid afternoon wedding which continued on until midnight. The staff were amazing, attending to our every need and they made sure the day went smoothly. We had meetings with the Parlour staff leading up to the date, this allowed us to customise events and to make sure everything was set to plan. The venue is a welcoming and relaxing place to enjoy your day with guests using the three indoor areas and the courtyard outside. The picturesque grounds provide photo opportunities at every turn. We would definitely recommend this venue for weddings.

Straight away from our first viewing the staff were all lovely and professional, all the little details were considered and everything went so smoothly on the day. So many guests commented on how beautiful the venue is and the lovely relaxed feel. They were very accommodating with any requests such as dietary requirements and liaised directly with suppliers so we didn’t need to worry about anything.
