  Amazing place for a wedding

  We had our wedding last weekend here, I can not recommend the venue enough. The coordinators Amelia and Molly are amazing and really listen and go above and beyond for make your day as special as it can be. Molly will work tirelessly to make sure your day goes without a hitch and to make sure your are more than happy with your special day. The setting is peaceful and beautiful and the rooms are lovely all my guests commented on the venue and how beautiful It was.

  Everything I wished for and more!

  We had the most incredible day thanks to the special team at Charlecote. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond. Amelia and Rebecca made us both feel so special and surprised us with flowers and decorations in the bridal suite, they ensured everything ran so smoothly. The food was amazing and we have received such fabulous feedback from our guests about how delicious it was. Rob and his team ran the event with ease and we didn’t have to worry about a thing, not many brides get to say their wedding day was relaxing!! We will be recommending this hotel to everyone we know and can’t thank the team at Charlecote enough for making our day so brilliant.

  Outstanding.

  Hi Amelia,
  Firstly thank you for a most wonderful wedding day, it far exceeded our expectations and we both realize what a fantastic job you and your team did, I would especially like to thank you, Dan, Rob, the chef and Alice for your professionalism and for the exceptional hard work you all put in to make the day work for us. What with COVID restrictions delaying our wedding by a year and then the guidelines not being lifted and the wedding being rearranged, cancelled and then rebooked for the 3rd it must have been an almost impossible task for you.
  Let me start with the venue, what a fantastic place to get married, it is full of character, exceptionally well presented and a delight to be at. The setting for the ceremony itself (albeit indoors due to bad weather) was fabulous, could not have been any better and your team should be commended for this. The change around from ceremony to reception was swift and very well done without any fuss and looked like a dream when completed. The staff were exceptional with everything they did and could not do enough to make the day a total success, the timing was a little delayed due to us which delayed the food serving yet all of the food was perfectly cooked and hot when served(not had that at a wedding before) and the staff were all prepped and knew how to cater for our guests with allergies. The service was impeccable, no-one had to wait for anything and the serving staff were swift with delivery of anything ordered. We have had several comments from our guests that that was the best wedding they have ever been to and it was down to you and your team, we cannot thank you all enough for giving us one of the best days of our lives. From our point of view we would score you 10/10 for everything. I think it's also important to note that despite COVID and its restrictions you and your team delivered under very difficult circumstances and you should all be very proud of what you achieved on the day, we both recognize how much hard work you and your team put into making our wedding a brilliant event and we will be forever grateful to you. A simple one word description for the day and for you and your team's efforts would be OUTSTANDING

  Brilliant wedding reception at CP Hotel

  We held our intimate Indian wedding reception at The Charlecote Pheasant Hotel in May 2021 and it was a lovely afternoon. Everything went smoothly (apart from the rain which can’t be helped!) and we are really happy we chose to have our self catering wedding reception here - the event managers Dale and Amelia were brilliant, responsive and flexible to our requirements. The guests loved it too.

  Covid Wedding At Charlecote Pheasant Hotel!

  We honestly cannot thank the team at Charlecote Pheasant Hotel enough, with special big thanks to Dale, Harry and Amelia!! We were supposed to have our big day in June this year so due to Covid it was cancelled. But that didn’t stop us, 8/10/20 we finally became Mr and Mrs and the team at Charlecote went above and beyond to make the day special, especially during the circumstances. All 15 of us complimented the customer service and how friendly everyone was, our room was amazing topped off with a card and flowers in the from the team! We cannot thank you all enough! We will hopefully be back next year to celebrate properly with all our family and friends.

  Our Wedding was so Special

  We just wanted to say a big thank you for all your help in making our wedding so special. I lost count of the number of people who commented on how lovely the hotel and function room were and everyone who stayed said how amazing their bedrooms were. Our room was absolutely incredible.
  
  It was a long but lovely day and all the staff were so helpful and friendly Please pass on our thanks to them, I did speak to a few but I'm sure missed others.
  
  I hope we weren't too difficult!! Sorry about all the glitter left in the bathroom - I couldn't get it all up
  
  We look forward to visiting again soon

  I dont know where to start, it was beyond perfect

  I just don’t know where to start with it all John I really don’t !
  
  It was beyond perfect yourself on the day and your team have blew us all away seriously , not one complaint or issues re food , drink etc .
  
  Such good feedback about Bar staff and the bar waiting times , we have never had luck with that when we hold big parties , you guys were amazing and everyone has said it the best organised bar they have had at wedding !
  
  They feedback is has been brilliant and really positive and lots of people have said venue was stunning and the rooms were to !
  
  I just wish I could stay another night int he suite as I’ve never seen anything like it ! Only slept a few hours so didn’t really take in getting the use out of the room haha .
  
  I’m still on a high and can’t thank you enough for everything you made our day .

  Honestly, the staff were fantastic, everything went according to plan and everyone was very professional and courteous. We had an issue on the day, one of the guests had a bad fall and an ambulance was required. But the staff at the hotel were completely responsive and took care of her and also continued to take care of the guests at the same time.
  
  We expected to have to help with laying out the table decorations, but it was all done for us, we didn’t have to do a thing and were very grateful for that.
  
  The food was yummy and service was quite quick. Nobody complained about the meal and everyone loved the starter best!
  
  It was a fabulous day, made all the better by the service provided and we would highly recommend the venue for weddings!
  
  Thank you for all your time taken planning our happy day – we had the best time and are grateful for all the help you provided.
