  Amazing wedding

  
  
  We wanted to pass on our most sincere thanks to Lee Ann and the team for doing everything you could to make our wedding day extra special. This is the review that we will post;
  
  Our wedding experience at The Sporting Lodge, Stainton was simply wonderful. Lee Ann’s management was incredible and when the inevitable challenges cropped up (including being let down by our dog sitter on the morning of our wedding) she handled them with such care and professionalism and made sure that we had no added stress.
  
  Daisy, Michelle and Lisa kept the day running smoothly and timed to perfection. All of our guests commented on what a fantastic day they were having, nothing felt unplanned or needed to be changed at the last minute. The Maltby Room had been decorated beautifully , and special mention to the lovely breakfast supervisor, Darren, with every detail on the morning having had his careful attention.
  
  None of this would have been possible without the amazing Lucy who coordinated and planned alongside us for the months leading to our big day. Lucy took time and care to make sure that our day was truly our day, from decoration and timing to menus and canapes (all of which were delicious).
  
  We can’t thank you enough for everything you did.

  More than we could ask for..

  Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, in large part to this incredible venue and staff. From start to finish, everything was amazing. The staff were attentive and professional, ensuring every detail was taken care of, going above and beyond in every aspect. The venue itself is stunning, providing a beautiful backdrop for our ceremony and reception. The facilities were immaculate, and the layout worked perfectly for our needs. All of our guests were impressed with the location, amenities, and overall atmosphere. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our special day. I wholeheartedly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a truly exceptional wedding experience. It exceeded all our expectations and helped create memories we'll cherish forever.

  The Thoms Wedding 25.05.2024

  If anyone is looking to get married I can honestly say this is the place. I originally was getting married at another venue that pulled the rug and cancelled our wedding. After getting the sporting lodge suggested I made the best decision and rang them and spoke to lovely girl name Lucy… who ended up saving the wedding annd being my wedding planner along with a women named Leanne the manager who is also amazing. The two of them couldn’t do enough I honestly could cry with what they done. Nothing was to much. Lucy constantly put my mind and anxiety at ease. The wedding day was just everything I dreamed of and more. The staff there are all so friendly and welcoming and I honestly couldn’t praise them enough. I’m still on cloud 9. The hotel was perfect food, drinks and the day just ran so smoothly. I made the choice last minute to get married in the venue as-well as the wedding reception. From the Friday before the wedding till the Sunday after myself and my guest were treated impeccably. I had 144 guest and nothing but positive feedback which just says it all. Thank you so much to Lucy, Leanne and the rest of the team at the sporting lodge.

  Excellent service

  Me and my now husband held out wedding here and we loved it we got everything we dreamed of Lucy our wedding planner was brilliant and was in constant contact with every decision making . We got scammed with our photo booth for the wedding and this company got us one and payed for it which we can not thank them enough I would defiantly use the sporting lodge nothing is to much for them

  Mrs Amy Nixon

  Lucy is an amazing wedding planner who had all the time in the world for us. She sorted everything out for us and made the process as smooth as possible. Our wedding day was amazing. I absolutely cannot fault the sporting lodge one bit. Food was incredible, staff were friendly and the venue is lovely.

  Amazing venue and staff

  I have thought long and hard about what to write in this review. But there just isn't the words needed to explain how brilliant our day was.
  Lucy deserves a standing ovation, from day one it was obvious that nothing was too much trouble. She put me at ease with any worries and concerns.
  
  There was an issue with my florist on the day, which had nothing to do with Lucy or the venue, but they went out of their way to resolve it. The whole team were magnificent.
  
  Everyone loved the food, the decor looked amazing and was exactly what we wanted.

  We chose the 'Wrapped up package' for our wedding day and were delighted with the outcome. Our wedding co-ordinator, Ms Lucy Waters was superb throughout. Right from when we first made contact with the Sporting Lodge to checking out the day after our wedding. In the days following the wedding our guests have praised the venue itself, quality of meals and overall organisation of the event. We could recommend the Sporting Lodge for anyone seeking a prospective wedding venue.

  Amazing Day

  Myself and now husband have been together 20 years and decided to tie the knot and what an amazing day we had. Sporting lodge inns was the perfect venue for us and Lucy made the planning so easy. Would 100% recommend
