More than we could have asked for

We got married last weekend with the ceremony at a local Dorking church and then reception and wedding breakfast at Burford Bridge and we couldn't have asked for more.

Kiki and her team are just fantastic, communication is clear, well-timed and stress-free. All questions were answered in a timely manner and we had a full understanding of the process and timings as we stepped into the day; we were truly able to be the guests of honour rather than the hosts as everything was taken care of!

Leading up to the big day, we met the chef, had a fab tasting session, and met the ops manager who recommended the most fantastic red wine which hadn't yet been added to the menu but knowing how delicious it was ensured we had a glass for our tasting - very fortunate as this is the wine we ended up choosing to accompany our meal. I don't think we would have received these personal touches and attention to detail from any other venue.

Kiki liaised with all the suppliers for the wedding so again this was 100% stress-free for us. They laid the tables, placed all of the favours, toys for the younger guests and place cards exactly as planned so when we walked in the evening before we rested easy knowing everything was in place. I'm not sure if you can put a price on how great it feels to sleep well the night before!

We also had a huge room to get ready in the morning of the wedding, loads of room for me, my mum, my bridesmaids and two hair and makeup artists. They even brought through fresh fruit, breakfast sandwiches, fresh coffee and tea to order etc. nothing was too much trouble.

We ended up staying for three nights (the night before the wedding to the night after) as did family who had travelled from further afield and everyone was delighted with the hotel, location and services.

We can't thank Kiki the team enough for making our day as smooth and stress-free as it was. What a weekend! 100% recommend Burford Bridge.

Just an amazing perfect day

We had our wedding day at the Burford Bridge Hotel in the Tithe Barn. Kiki and her team made sure our day went without a hitch. Special thanks to her and Manny and all the staff at the Burford. The barn was decorated by To Have and To Hire and you could hear the gasps as the guests entered. We had so many compliments on our venue the decorations and the food. We really did have the perfect day ❤️

Excellent wedding venue

They went above and beyond what we expected. Nothing was to much even when we had to make last minute changes it wasn’t a problem .All the staff was excellent. The wedding organiser Kiki was so friendly and really knew her job. The manager couldnt do enough for us. All the staff on the day was excellent. Would recommend. They know how to look after the gusts. Food was excellent.we also had a child that was unwell on the night. Hotel staff was excellent. Got an ambulance straight away they was assisting while waiting for the ambulance to arrive. Thank you so much

Magical day

Our wedding exceeded our expectations and proved absolutely magical on the day. Burford Bridge was the perfect venue, with great food, plenty of room, an amazing setting and great staff.

Kiki in particular was amazing. She went above and beyond both before the day and on the wedding day itself. She was really helpful, attentive and patient with us!

The best day of our lives

I can’t thank Kiki enough for helping us with our wedding day. Burford Bridge is truly an incredible venue and the whole team are amazing! The day ran so smoothly and everything was more than what we could of dreamed of. The food was incredible and a massive shout out to Mani who was incredible the whole day . Nothing was too much trouble. I can’t put into words how lucky we feel to have had such lovely staff along side us on our special day.. the food was amazing and hotel rooms were lovely, cosy and everyone commented on how lovely they were.

This truly is a magical venue and I can’t thank Kiki enough for helping us bring our visions to life. Kiki is the most caring , lovely person and worked with us to make sure our day was what we wanted.

We will be forever grateful to everyone at Burford Bridge.

Unforgettable wedding day

We can’t thank Burford Bridge hotel enough for hosting our wedding reception on 13th April this year. Our wedding was truly perfect from start to finish. We had the Rose package which was really good value for money with lots included. The food was delicious, the wines and Prosecco were really lovely, and the service on the day was fantastic. All the staff went above and beyond to ensure we could relax and enjoy our day, and so many of our guests commented on how flexible and accommodating the staff were. Kiki and Sarah made sure all our requests for the day were noted, Will the manager on the day was really helpful and organised, and Manny who was in charge of the table service was so kind and professional. We honestly couldn’t have wished for a better day. The barn is so beautiful and atmospheric, and the outside space is so lovely too - we were lucky enough to have beautiful weather and we spent quite a lot of time outside getting photos and having drinks etc. Thanks again everyone who helped make our day amazing!

Superb venue, superb wedding

We got married at this venue in April. The whole day was brilliant. Eleanor (Coodinator) was very attentive during the pre wedding meetings and everything we disussed was done. The food for the wedding breakfast was glorious. Compliments to the chef!. On the day, Eleanor was always buzzing around, making sure everything went perfectly. As the weather was good, some beatiful photo's were taken in the garden area and by the on site pool. Would highly recommend this venue

Beautiful November Wedding!

Eleanor and the team at Burford Bridge were incredible! They listened to exactly what we wanted, were flexible when it came to our requests and the day ran so smoothly! We have had several compliments and comments about how well the day went and how impressed people were with the service and professionalism of staff. The barn is stunning and has so many different ways to style it. The barn has its own barn and entrance, separate to the main hotel, which keeps the event private and contained. This was perfect for us too as it was a rainy autumn day so this meant all our guests could stay inside and move easily from the bar to the barn. There are plenty of seating options in the barn and space! We had 130 guests for the meal and 50 extra evenings guests which fitted comfortably. The food was incredible and service was quick. The evening buffet was yummy and there was plenty of food for all guests. I would recommend to anyone looking for a wedding reception venue!
