Simple, well organised, beautiful

We got married in the Linbury room and had a drinks reception outside afterwards.
It’s a simple room with so much natural light. It ended up being bright and really elegant with a few touches. All suggestions from suppliers from DPG themselves. It was perfect for us.

We were so pleased with the day and really grateful for all the help received from Imogen and the team. Just so impressed with how easy the process was and how well organised everything was. So really thank you very much.

We were also really impressed with the catering and drinks reception from Flotsam and Jetsam. The cafe on site. Little touches like being given the first popped bottle cork was really appreciated.

We had photographs around the grounds and in the gallery, even though it was closed that day.

A wonderful day at a beautiful venue!

We had a wonderful wedding day at the picture gallery. Imogen was exception help throughout the entire planning process. We felt we were in such safe hands, she co-ordinated with the other vendors we'd arranged to ensure a smooth day. We had the ceremony at a church and were lucky enough to enjoy the summer sunshine for our drinks reception, before enjoying our wedding breakfast in the Soane Gallery. A brilliant day end to end.

Perfection

Imogen and her team were truly fantastic. We hosted a perfect civil ceremony and dinner at the gallery which looked and felt regal and breathtaking. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone considering!!

Lovely venue and very professional team

Imogen and the team were brilliant. They are very attentive, warm and professional. We had a civil partnership ceremony in the Linbury Room followed by some Prosecco in the cloisters and on the lawn despite it being November. It was beautiful and even though we weren’t in the gallery itself it still felt like a special setting.

Wonderful wedding at Dulwich Picture Gallery

My husband and I recently got married at the Dulwich Picture Gallery, and it really was a truly wonderful day! Imogen at the Gallery was so kind, helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had in the run up, and was always on hand to offer advice or assistance which really helped keep our pre-wedding stress levels in check, she really is brilliant!

We got married in the Linbury Room and had the wedding breakfast in the cafe, and both rooms felt light, modern and were able to be decorated just as we wanted them.

The venue itself is beautiful, and we were so lucky that the sun came out on the day so that we could make the most of the lovely grounds for an outside drinks reception. Many of our guests commented on what a beautiful and unusual venue it was, and being a Gallery (with outside space!) in London felt very special. We couldn't have imagined a more perfect place for us to get married.

Magical & Unique Venue

We did our mini-wedding at Dulwich Picture Gallery which was so magical. We hired the Linbury room which was perfect for our 28 guests. It comes as a complete blank canvas so you need to add decor but these means you can make it your own. We had the reception on the lawn on a beautiful sunny autumnal day which was gorgeous. Then, to add the wow factor we invited our guests in to look around the gallery (arranged by DPG) which they all loved. Would definitely recommend this venue if you want something special and unique.

Excellent personal service

Dulwich Picture Gallery is a superb venue to work with and also to visit personally. Wonderful facilities, enthusiasm and helpfulness from the team there and a beautiful place in a great part of London. Check this venue out - you won’t be disappointed!

We were very happy with DPG as a venue

We hired the Linbury Room. With 30 guests, the room appeared very spacious. We had a bar service at the back of the room for guests to mingle while waiting for the service to begin. Having an air conditioning in the room made it comfortable in the hot weather. With reception on the lawn, DPG was a good venue.

An undeniably stunning venue

The Gallery is a stunning and unique venue which had the wow factor for our wedding. It provided a fantastic venue to end the perfect day. Really beautiful and somewhere to remember.
