  Wedding of our dreams

  Chilston Park is such an incredible venue. Not only because of how it looks but also how attentive the staff are. We have been planning our wedding for years and the staff have been so helpful along the way. We took as many opportunities as we could to visit Chilston Park by attending the majority of the wedding open days which we were always welcomed to.
  
  Jane was our wedding coordinator and she has been amazing. She was always quick to reply to emails or answer any questions, and there were a lot. Every little detail was gone other with a fine tooth comb to make sure that everything was as we wished.
  
  When it came to the wedding day, the staff surpassed our high expectations. There were so many small but thoughtful gestures which just made us feel so special. Lewis was our wedding day coordinator and he was incredible. He made sure that the day ran exactly as it should have and made sure we had everything we needed.
  
  The staff are a true testament to Chilston Park and we wouldn’t have gotten married anywhere else. We won’t be able to be strangers and will be returning as much as we possibly can.

  Best day of our lives

  If you are considering Chilston Park Hotel for your wedding venue let me put your mind at ease.
  
  We got married in Chilston park hotel on the 14th January 2024 and it was the best day of our lives. All our guests are still messaging and calling us telling us what a fantastic time they had, how beautiful the ceremony and the venue are, how through the day they were never hungry and that the food really was amazing.
  
  Although the venue may be second to none it was the staff for me who really make this venue special, the attention to detail is exceptional. From the moment we attended the venue for an open day Jane our event organiser was amazing, Jane always made time to speak to us and communication was always very prompt and very accommodating where she could be. Jane really made the whole process very easy and stress free even with only having a year to plan it all.
  
  On the day of the wedding the team at the venue were nothing short of exceptional. Matt was our point of contact on the day I approached Matt early that morning with a few tasks and like a mind reader had assured me everything had already been taken care of. The day ran faultlessly, it became clear from the beginning of the day that the staff have it down to a fine art which allowed us to just enjoy the day.
  
  I cannot commend or recommend this venue highly enough, thank you again to Jane and Matt and all the staff at Chilston Park Hotel for the day of our lives.

  Chilston Park Hotel Lenham - Wedding.

  Excellent service, made our wedding day a really special memory. Beautiful food, always willing to help us with advice and effort throughout our day. Would recommend for no fuss professional and enjoyable day.

  Attentive and flexible

  I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all that you had done to help this wedding come to life. And the team who were absolutely brilliant from when we arrived Thursday night to the day itself, on Friday, they were all so attentive, and nothing seemed too much to ask. Special thanks to Matt and Lewis, who made sure everything ran so smoothly!
  
  Flexible
  The weather wasn’t looking great and I’m sure if I was anywhere else they would have pushed for me to go with my wet weather option, however Paul knew how much I wanted to get married outside and made sure this happened…as soon as it stopped raining it was all hands on deck to put the chairs just minutes before the ceremony and providing everyone with umbrellas! It really was the picture-perfect wedding I had imagined.

  My Husband and I got married on the 25th March 2023 and we had the best day of our lives. We booked the coach house and it was stunning. The set up was perfect, the staff were amazing. The food was divine and everything went so smoothly. We booked with them in September 2021 and initially had Peter who then moved onto another employer but we weren't told and so when we contacted Chilston we were handed over to Tara and although we had a few hiccups with communication initially because she is a busy lady! She was absolutely fantastic. So kind and attentive, very thorough and she helped make our day just perfect. Thank you to all the staff, Chefs, wait staff, cleaners, function managers etc you were all amazing. We could not have dreamed for a better day.

  Perfect wedding location with an amazing team who worked hard to make our wedding plans take shape

  Stunning venue with highly experienced and helpful staff who went out of their way to make our day special; nothing was too much trouble! The exclusive package was great value for money and enabled us to utilise the hotel as we pleased which our guests thoroughly enjoyed, including a delicious breakfast the next morning! Thank you to everyone at the hotel for ensuring our big day ran smoothly, it was a brilliant day! Highly recommend

  Most perfect wedding venue

  We chose to hold our wedding at Chilston Park Hotel following a very impressive wedding open day back in January 2020. It was love at first sight and although it was the first venue we looked at we knew this place was perfect for us and it wouldn’t get better than this. It was from here our love affair with Chilston Park began. From the very moment we secured our date the staff have been like extended family to us, even through a rescheduled date due to Covid. The hotel itself, grounds, and facilities are first class. A true piece of historic luxury hidden in the Kent Countryside. We stayed for a total of four days and three nights. Our wedding party was around 70-75 people on the day, with well over half of the party opting to stay over. Our day was so perfect in every way and way more than we could of ever dreamed of. We are still on cloud 9 and have enjoyed going through our videos and pictures reliving every magical moment. Everything was seamless from the ceremony right through to reception.
  Unfortunately, our little girl was poorly the evening before the wedding, resulting in a hospital dash but even in a crisis the staff remained helpful, professional, and personable. They were all genuinely concerned for our little girl. They really went above and beyond to help us.
  Everyone we come across at Chilston from the friendly welcoming faces at the Front Desk, talented Chefs, Bar staff, Events team, Management, Waiters/Waitresses, House Keeping staff and Porters were all amazing.
  We had the most unforgettable day, the venue was perfection, the staff were faultless and the food was amazing and is still a talking point even to this day. Our wedding guest are also fans of the hotel, we had such great comments from them all, some of which have already returned to the hotel. I think this speaks volumes.

  Our wedding day

  From viewing this venue we knew we loved it and they were helpful from the beginning. When we were allocated molly as our contact she was amazing. She'd respond to my emails promptly and answer all my questions and give any advice. They paid attention to the small details that I hadn't even considered at our final meeting! They really looked after us from when we arrived the night before to when we left the day after.
  Sophie who helped us on the day of the wedding was amazing, so helpful and helped us feel chilled on the day.
  The venue is beautiful, so many photo opportunities there weather rain or shine.
  The team couldn't do enough to help us and I would recommend them over and over again.

  Wedding in May 2022

  We booked the exclusive hire package & received a 5 star plus service. I Highly recommend Chilston Park.
  
  We had 100 guests & was very well looked after. From start to finish.
  
  Jane was our wedding planner leading up to our big day & was always helpful. Any query’s we’re dealt with quickly and any concerns were put to bed with Janes knowledgeable experience of the venue.
  
  Lewis & Charlotte were our wedding coordinators on the day & everything ran like clockwork. 100 wedding breakfast covers came out simultaneously for every course. Everyone had exactly what they ordered & the food was hot & delicious. The dinning staff were friendly, polite & attentive.
  
  Chilston Park is a beautiful building & grounds, with lots of romantic backdrops for wedding pictures. Many of our guests stayed & have commented on how beautiful their rooms were.
  
  By the end of the day we had miss placed belongings though the venue. However by morning the staff had collected everything from lost shoes, car keys, flower girl baskets, ring box & more & neatly arranged it in the breakfast room where it could be reunited with its rightful owner. Which was a very reassuring & comforting.
  
  We couldn’t be happier with how perfect our day was
