  Mr & Mrs J Moseley Wedding

  I would recommend the Borough Arms Hotel to anybody who should ask. Lara and the team were exceptional, the venue was decorated beautifully, the food was Exceptional (both the Wedding Breakfast and the Buffet) They all made the day as Special as i could have wished for.
  
  Also The Downing Suite was exceptional.

  Our Wedding Day

  We decided to have our Wedding & Wedding reception at the Borough Arms Hotel and we are so glad we booked this hotel.
  The hotel was involved in planning the wedding from start to finish we couldn't of done it without the help of the wedding coordinator, she also looked after us on the wedding Day too her attention to detail is spot on.
  All our guests have messaged us saying what a lovely day they had and the food provided by the hotel was lovely.
  We have to finish off this review with saying a massive thank you to all the staff at The Borough Arms Hotel for making our day so special.

  We decided to have our Wedding & Wedding reception at the Borough Arms Hotel and we are so glad we booked this hotel.

  Our Wedding Day

  After being let down by Newcastle-under-Lyme register office, Mr Sheikh at the Borough Arms Hotel was brilliant, rearranging our wedding to be held there instead, at very short notice.
  Nothing was too much trouble, Emma the wedding planner was amazing too, communication and customer service was first class.
  On the day of our wedding, every member of staff were wonderful, helping to make our day one to remember (and calming a very nervous groom down before my arrival!)
  We also had our evening reception there, and again everything was beautiful - the food was fresh, the cheese oatcakes went down very well. Their DJ was really good too.
  My father in law stayed at the hotel for the whole weekend and was very impressed with his room and the service he received too.
  I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Borough Arms Hotel to anyone who is thinking of where to hold their wedding or any other celebration, they’re all happy to help in any way possible and we really could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding day.

  Wedding reception

  Wedding

  My fiancee and I booked the Borough Arms for our wedding. Faultless! The service the staff gave us was honestly the best anyone could receive. The day was well managed and the staff couldn't do enough to ensure the day went off perfectly. From the dressing of the function room to the food, everything was top quality. Our guests all complimented the hotel and the staff. If you're thinking about getting married, do yourself a favour and check the Borough Arms Hotel out.

  Wedding

  From the start nothing was ever too much trouble for Emma and the team. The attention to detail was second to none - we were genuinely made to feel like our wedding was the only one they were hosting. Although Emma was on holiday on the day of our wedding, Phil was nothing but fantastic all day and made sure every need was attended to. The food was AMAZING - every one of our guests commented how good the food was. We definitely made the right choice in choosing our wedding venue, just wish that we could live it over again!

  Fantastic Place to Host a Wedding!

  We held our wedding reception here on the Saturday 4th May 2019 and all I can say is WOW! The whole experience was phenomenal, food was fantastic & the team worked hard to ensure our day was special. The planning stages with Emma were seamless and easy and Phil who oversaw our special day was amazing from start to finish and was more than helpful accommodating us the evening before for some last minute changes and amendments. I can't recommend you enough and we will definitely be returning for any special events we may have in the future.
