Perfect venue
We visited Whitley Hall a few years ago for the night and talked then about how perfect it would be as a wedding venue. We finally got around to planning the wedding and this was the only venue we looked at. The wedding package deal they offer is competitive (although we did end up adding on to the deal).
We had Amanda on the day as our wedding coordinator and she was amazing. She made sure the day ran smoothly, ensured that the room decorations were as requested and made sure we were happy throughout the day and night. Everyone complimented how lovely the room (Whitley Suite), hotel rooms and food was. The breakfast the next morning was great as the wedding guests were all together. All staff were lovely and friendly, from the waiting staff, to bar and reception staff.
We used Forever Yours venue styling for some of the room decorations and Sarah was professional and helpful throughout the planning process. We also used the DJ within the Harmony Package, who listened to our requests and played exactly the right songs!
Our little boy loved looking at the Peacocks and running around the gardens. The fairy lights and flowers made it look perfect and we had some lovely photos taken outside in the grounds. Myself and the bridal party stayed overnight the night before in the Queen Mary Suite - would definitely recommend as you can all spend time together and there's more room to get ready in. We paid for the breakfast to be brought to our room and so glad we did!
We would 100% recommend Whitley Hall as a wedding venue, our day was just perfect. Nothing was too much trouble and we can't thank Amanda and the team enough! -

We literally only viewed Whitley Hall❤️ and booked our date with the lovely team - from start to finish the team was so helpful with any question or minor changes.
The Forever Yours team was next …. Listened and acted on what we wanted - can’t thank them enough for making the whole room changes look fabulous xXx
The night before we stayed in the Queen Mary - lovely big room, would recommend anyone staying as photos are fabulous for when you are getting ready the following day. Amanda was my coordinator for the day - she was outstanding- loved her - kept calling in to check on us all and catered to our needs.
The wedding ceremony was fab - I did call my husband awful in our vows instead of lawful 😂 but gave everyone a chuckle.
Wedding breakfast was absolutely lovely- everyone commented- well done catering team and waiters/waitresses.
House DJ was great he took all request as was the Photo Booth - great memories to keep.
The bar staff kept us all refreshed through out the day- thank you so much.
Rooms for all and breakfast was lovely. Our wedding suite was great.
We loved our special day and every member of staff made that possible - we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. Whitley is a lovely venue before we got married there and now holds a special place in our hearts- we will be seeing you all every year for our anniversary 🥂❤️🥂xXx

We cannot thank Whitley enough for ensuring that we had the best day of our lives! The venue and grounds are beautiful. The onsite florist and venue styling were both fantastic and everything was exactly as we had planned. The food was exceptional as was the service. I was made to feel very special on the morning of our wedding, with staff and the wedding co-ordinates going above and beyond. Would highly recommend! -

Our vow renewal was amazing. The staff made sure everything was how it should be and Calum was amazing he took charge of everything so I was stress free. Communication 10/10 organisation 10/10. -

We discovered Whitley hall in April 2023 and went to see the venue straight away. From the moment we arrived at the venue we knew that would be the place we got married. From the very beginning all the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We live 70 miles from the venue so most of our contact was done through phone calls. Every time I made a call to ask any questions the staff always there to answer and we're so helpful. We hired the venue exclusively and I would highly recommend this made it all the more special to be able to have it just to ourselves. The big day came on the 1st November just 7 months after initially seeing the venue and I can honestly say there is nothing I would change, we had Joe helping us in the morning with making decisions and getting ready he was amazing and went above and beyond as did Hannah who took over from Joe and was talking care of everything for the rest of the day. Hannah was wonderful she even helped when my bridesmaids heel fell off her shoe right before the ceremony she was like superwoman. The room was beautiful thanks to Sarah from forever yours and the rest of the team she got my vision right from the start. The day exceeded my expectations and I can't thank all the team enough for making it so special. -

Where do I even start! As soon as we saw this venue, we fell in love. From viewings to booking to meetings, just fabulous! The team are simply amazing! Out wedding was the best day of our lives it was flawless beginning to end. I can not thank Amanda and the team enough! Whitley hall will always have a special place in our hearts ❤️ -
