We booked Wasing Park back in April 2021 and got married on Friday 7th April 2023. Throughout the two years of liaising with Wasing we were amazed with their professional and effective responses, each and every member of the team that we spoke with were so kind, patient (we had lots of questions!) and professional. We had an in person look around the venue in April 2021 before we promptly booked, we then had our tasting in November 2022 and visited in January 2023 at the Winter Showcase. We had a zoom meeting where we discussed their very organised Event Planning excel spreadsheet, which was super helpful. The team and our fantastic wedding coordinator, Lucrecia, were amazing in the lead up to the wedding, checking in on us to make sure we were okay and all was in order. The catering team were fab, and were able to cater for our fully vegan wedding, which was very important to us. Nothing was ever too much of an ask for the Wasing team. When it came to the day, Lucrecia and all of the Wasing staff were fantastic, they ensured the day ran smoothly, that we had everything we needed and that everything was how it should be. The team are incredible and we are so grateful to everything they did to allow our day to be absolutely perfect. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. It was the only venue we viewed in person and we knew it was the one, it was booked within a week of our engagement! It is so lovely to have three options of where you can have your ceremony, the Castle Barn is simply beautiful and it’s great to have quirky and comfortable accommodation on site. Really convenient for our guests. When we were looking for venues, we wanted somewhere where we could do minimal styling and it still look absolutely stunning. It has so many stunning locations for pictures and the honeymoon suite is a non negotiable! I would wholeheartedly recommend Wasing Park for your dream wedding venue, you won’t regret it! From the incredible staff to the unbeatable setting, it really is the perfect wedding venue. Thank you to all Wasing staff for making our day absolutely perfect. -

We got married at Wasing Park in April 2024, and we can't recommend the venue highly enough. We had an amazing day (despite miserable weather!) thanks in no small part to our event manager Emma and the rest of the Wasing staff.
As well as the location and facilities being stunning, the team offered clear communication in a friendly, professional manner during the months and weeks prior to our big day. This included addressing a range of issues surrounding accommodation, accessibility, and the need for wet-weather contingency plans. The planning procedure implemented by Wasing takes so much stress out of the process, and they were keen to encourage additional viewings of the venue and accommodation as well as a fantastic menu-tasting evening.
Our bridal party made use of Kitts Cottage the night before the wedding, and this was a great way for family members and key personnel to gather before the big day. And then when it actually came to our wedding day, Emma was amazing. She used her initiative during set-up to ensure the smoothest possible day for us both, but clearly communicated any key updates or changes to our itinerary.
Emma co-ordinated with the registrar and our photographer to change plans on the spot when the weather turned (confetti shot in the Garden Room), and was always on hand to ensure we had anything and everything we needed. She also coordinated a clear handover to Ella for the final part of the evening, ensuring we knew who to approach with any questions or concerns. Having an event manager assigned to our wedding was one of the deciding factors in choosing Wasing as our wedding venue, and this turned out to be the best decision we could have made.
The food (canapés, Granary Menu, wood-fired pizza and cheese in the evening) was superb, and the bar/waiting staff were excellent. They turned the Castle Barn around from dining room to a dance floor in under 30 minutes, and did a fantastic job clearing up and collating items for pick-up the following morning.
Additionally, the Estate Rooms accommodation was beautiful and presented to an incredibly high standard while breakfast the following morning in the Stables Lodge with all our overnight guests was a really nice way to round out the wedding. The whole experience was genuinely faultless.

What an amazing day!
We had a lovely wedding at Wasing Park! Throughout the whole wedding planning experience, the whole team was super responsive and approachable. On the day, any queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Bringing us out food for canapés whilst we had our photos taken and a bottle of Prosecco and pizza being left for us in the room was a lovely touch. 🤍 -

We booked Wasing Park for our December wedding, and it was the best decision we have ever made!
The whole process was seamless, from the communication in the build up, to the logistics of the day, to the incredible venue itself.
The food, the views, the service, everything was spot on - particularly our event manager on the day (Imogen), who made sure that the day went off without a hitch! She handled everything we asked with zero fuss and a smile - allowing us to both relax and enjoy the happiest day of our lives.
Tons of our guests said Wasing Park was the nicest wedding venue they had ever been to, and I have to agree! Thank you!! -

We had a magical festive wedding and were made to feel so special right from the first moment. Our wedding co-ordinator Lucrecia planned everything to perfection and all of our personal requests, such as a Christmas dairy free dinner, sparklers, a Father Christmas visit and special champagne were catered for without question. She also gave us some time alone together during the day so we could take a step back and take in all those special moments! The food was outstanding, the day organised to perfection and the venue was so beautiful, everything was exactly as we expected wanted. -

Beautiful venue with amazing staff
Our wedding at Wasing was amazing! We both genuinely had the best day. The venue is so beautiful. Jenna was super helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly. She really helped made the day great. Surprise pizzas were even delivered to the honeymoon suit for us to eat after the wedding. -

We got married at Wasing Park two weeks ago. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. We fell in love with the venue as soon as visited back in 2021.
We were assigned Emma Norton as our event manager who was fantastic in the lead up and even better on the day.
Many of our guests said this was the best wedding they’ve been to referencing the high quality of the food and the attentiveness of the staff.
Thank you Wasing Park for helping to make our wedding day the best day of our lives. -

Noni and the rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic in the build up and on the day of our wedding. They were there to help us anytime we needed it, always there to offer a top up (which is always nice) and ensured that my partner and I could sit back and enjoy our special day. The food was absolutely exceptional, which all of our guests mentioned as well and we just had the best day. We couldn't recommend them enough!
