  Thoroughly Recommend

  We cannot thank you enough for all of your help in making our wedding reception such a wonderful success! You and your team have been an absolute delight to work with. From the first time we met you and were just considering The White Swan as a venue, you and the rest of the staff we so kind and accommodating. On every occasion that we visited in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding, the service was absolutely exceptional, which made us feel very comfortable in choosing The Wine Swan as our venue.
  Your organisation made both of us feel very calm and reassured, and we felt confident that things would go well on our big day! You and our team did not disappoint. We did not worry about a thing. When we walked in, I was thrilled with how you decorated and dealt with everything that had been delivered. The pub looked sweet, charming and was everything we could have hoped for! We arrived a bit before we expected, but your team handled it with grace and none of the guests had any idea you weren't expecting us until 30 minutes later; for that we cannot thank you enough.
  Our guests raved about the delicious food! And they were delighted with the service as well. Your team is exceptional. Mere words cannot express how happy we were with the entire experience, from start to finish! Your staff is worth their weight in gold! We had a great time and were so happy to hear many of our guests say it was the best wedding they had ever been to! We could not have been happier with our experience and would thoroughly recommend The White Swan as a wedding venue for any couple!

  Best day ever!!

  Absolutely amazing from beginning to end! We hosted our wedding here for 52 people for the wedding breakfast and the after party had just over 100 people. The food was delicious (we had the feast menu and everyone loved the sharing platters). The staff are really good and super friendly. Nikki the Wedding Planner is so good, she was on top of everything and made sure everything went smoothly! We extended the licence until 3am as our friends are party animals. The integrated music system is definitely good enough for a proper party. The perfect place for a smallish London Wedding.

  Everything was perfect!

  Thank you so much for co-coordinating the evening at The White Swan, from the minute we decided on the venue until the end of the evening everything was perfect!
  
  You provided great guidance and ideas for decorating the venue - we loved the black boards!
  
  The food tasting evening was fantastic; the service provided on that evening was excellent and it was lovely to see the team who helped us on that evening were there for our celebrations.
  
  The constant communication from yourself throughout was perfect, and we both appreciate your patience with us whilst we constantly changed our minds!
  
  Finally, the evening excelled our expectations! Having returned from our honeymoon, two weeks after the wedding, our family and friends are still commenting on the outstanding food and staff! The small things such as cutting the cake into smaller portions, the boxing up of our vases at the end of the evening - everyone commented on the outstanding service. The selection of food and the portions were perfect! It was also great seeing how wonderful the staff were with all the children, who also had a great time.

  Our wedding day at the White Swan was fantastic, from start to finish it could
  not have gone better, it went just as we had wanted it, we both had a great
  time and great comments from our guests who were amazed at the venue and quality of the food.
  
  Yourself, Adam and the rest of the staff have been brilliant, so much so we both wished we could do it all over again, having experienced the professional service, beautiful venue, great quality of food and friendly staff, we would recommend The White Swan to anyone who really wanted their special day to be special.

  The service has been Five Star

  We hosted our wedding reception and evening party here having read some great reviews about the food, service and other wedding receptions. From the moment we registered our interest the service has been 5*. We were put in contact with the Events Manager who really became a wedding planner with us. We would like to thank Nikki, Adam, Luke, Gabriel, Chef and all the other incredible staff at The White Swan for their enormous and genuine efforts to make sure our special day went smoothly and beyond our wildest dreams. The food!!!! Out of this world (thank you for an amazing tasting session), drinks were awesome, the decor and music etc I can go on. It was faultless!
  I would highly recommend anyone looking to have their wedding reception in central London with under 45 guests to seriously consider this venue. It was just superb.

  Highly Recommended

  We had the perfect wedding reception at the White Swan. We had an absolutely amazing time. The food was excellent, many of our guests said it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. The staff were extremely helpful and professional and Nikki did a fantastic job organising and on the night. We couldn't have asked for a better experience so thank you very much. I would highly recommend the White Swan.

  The most fabulous day EVER!!

  Thank you so much to you and everyone at The White Swan who helped make our wedding on Saturday 21 May, the most fabulous day EVER!!. You made our wedding reception so special and I can't thank you enough. Everything from the staff, to the food, to the presentation was faultless - The White Swan completely exceeded our expectations.
  Nikki and Marie, I can't thank you both enough for your support, enthusiasm and professionalism throughout this whole process. You helped make our wedding reception the most magical and memorable event ever.
  Everyone from the bridal party to the band, commented on how friendly and professional everyone at The White Swan was. I was so touched that the staff were kind enough to take the time to say goodbye to Joss and I and wish us luck in our married life. You have such a great team, and I am so glad that we chose The White Swan to host our wedding reception.

  Wonderful venue, impeccable service!

  We held our wedding reception here in June 2015 and had the most amazing time veer! From countless emails over the preceding 6 months with their wedding planner up to their help in decorating the venue and making guests welcome, it was perfect! The venue was perfect for less than 52 guests, with the second floor being used as the dining room (the food- YUM!), the mezzanine level for the photo booth and the ground floor (rustic pub style) for the champagne hour and crazy dancing floor! If you are looking for a venue accommodating a 'smallish' wedding, with London charm, excellent service and without horrendous or hidden costs, definitely choose The White Swan, big shoutout to Amy and Gabby and the wonderful staff who helped making the day unforgettable!

Nadia, the events manager, was incredibly helpful and accommodating in the lead up to the party and all the staff on the day were very friendly and ensured everything ran smoothly. The food served is absolutely delicious with nearly all of our guests commenting how much they'd enjoyed the meal. We'll definitely be returning to the restaurant in the future!

  Nadia Tremayne, Events Organiser, was hugely helpful with all the practicalities of planning. She was unfailingly cheerful, attentive and we were impressed by, and grateful for, her professionalism.
  
  The event itself ran smoothly - the food was delicious, The staff were charming and ever helpful with a quiet, friendly competence. There were many positive comments from our guests.
  
  In summary, the venue has character, wonderful staff, delicious food and drink and we would wholeheartedly recommend The White Swan
