My wife and I just wanted to say thank you to the wedding team staff and the hotel wedding coordinator - Haidee. The reception looked amazing and we're very impressed with how everything turned out. We also loved the food. The canapes tasted great and the sit-down food tasted better than we first tasted it which we're very surprised about. In addition, from our perspective, everything was handled very smoothly and because of it, our guests, family and ourselves had a really great time. It was a pleasure working with you and good luck on your future weddings!

Fantastic day! Haidee was incredible at getting everything arranged and sorted for us! Start to finish, everything was well led, bedroom was huge, perfect for getting ready! My overall experience with the Osbourne hotel was good .. like any wedding there were hiccups and I’d definitely say room for improvement in areas regarding organisation e.g rushing us to do our speech’s but hadn’t gotten the toast drinks ready..
giving me my phone back from the music when we needed it for the terrace and during food so I had to sort that and then a different playlist was played, little problems like so. however it didn’t ruin my day. It was still an amazing destination to get married at. -

The amazing team at The Osborne Hotel went above and beyond to make our day so special. All our guests were so in love with the scenery, accommodation and the staff. Haidee and the team are truly brilliant and didn’t fail to take our dream wedding to the next level. Everything from the food to the decor and dealing with things that I forgot to organise, they deserve more than just 5 stars. We will definitely be recommending them to everyone we know. After postponing a couple of times on Saturday we had the perfect day. Lisa was excellent and always responded to my numerous emails prior to the day. We had 30 guests including us, we had our ceremony on the terrace underneath the new gazebo. The food was wonderful and everyone enjoyed their meal. It was the perfect setting and we couldn't have wished for anything more. -
