  As mother of the groom you just want the bride and groom to have a fantastic day and that is exactly what happened , from start to finish the day was superb , the staff are amazing , we did go through 3 different wedding coordinators but nothing got missed , and on the day Caroline was exceptional with the organisation , and constantly checking everyone was happy . Thank you all so much xxx Highly recommend xx

  Great start with a bad end

  Booked a wedding in Feb 2020 just before Covid, the venue was perfect, Naomi showed us around and gave really great friendly service. We even booked in for a meal at the pub and the food and service was excellent.
  
  Sadly this is where the service stopped, we paid our deposit back in March 2020 and due to lockdown laws asked to postpone our wedding. We had to chase up with no reply for months and 6 weeks before the wedding date we still had not heard anything so sent another email. We finally heard back to say we could postpone, and that was the last we have heard.
  
  Since then we have tried to contact a numerous times since November with no reply. No alternative options, no offer of a refund or change in date. We have since requested a refund back in November with no reply still.
  
  It is a shame as we keep getting promotional material, but no replies to any of our emails.

  The perfect venue

  We got married here in May this year and our day was absolutely perfect (between 60-90 guests). The first time we saw the venue and met Naomi we knew we wanted to get married here. Naomi was amazing - so responsive and she actually listened to exactly what we wanted. The planning went so smoothly and that was because of her - she made it so easy. On the day she looked after us really well and made us feel very special. The whole day was organised and the food and drinks were great. The venue is absolutely stunning and so is the setting around it. We could not recommend the Old Stables more highly. Thank you again for giving us a day we will never forget.
