  Do not trust

  Horrific service. Booked for a party in December, invitations etc sent out. Then after being ignored for weeks, multiple phone calls and emails. I then got informed when they finally answered that they had double booked and couldn't do the original date. No apology, even though admitted they missed my emails and could see them now (convenient). No discount offered for another day, even though it was not my fault. Just rude staff, with zero cares. Do not trust this venue ! I now have guests who have invitations and no where to go.

  Amazing venue with amazing staff

  From the very beginning the staff at swinfen have been amazing helping us plan our covid wedding. They eased any worries we had and helped us have our dream day. Other venues we had approached were so unfair with inflated prices for small covid wedding but swinfen was so understanding and trustworthy. The venue is absolutely stunning and we can’t wait to visit again. A huge thank you to Lucie who was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for our dream wedding

  The perfect day and best weekend ever

  We cannot thank you enough for the incredible service, support, and kindness we received from you, at Swinfen Hall. Not only is the setting stunning, we have received nothing but compliments on the food and your incredible team for whom nothing was too much. You gave us absolute confidence and the best experience imaginable over one of the most significant weekends of our lives!
  
  That alongside the sun coming out on queue, an incredible line up of musicians as you mention and the most beautiful bespoke service at St John the Baptist Church just down the road. It truly was the perfect day and best weekend ever!
  
  Many of our guests said it was the best wedding they'd ever been to.
  
  We really feel like we have built a long time love for Swinfen and certainly do hope to see you again soon.

  We had the most wonderful day at Swinfen for our wedding and your support and planning was truly remarkable, as was all of the staff on our special day.
