Amazing venue!!
We got married in March and wow it absolutely exceeded our expectations, right from the initial viewing back in 2021 we were wowed by Swancar. We viewed lots of venues but as soon as we looked here we both said yes straight away.
We were assigned a wedding co-ordinator who was Tammy and she was amazing, every meeting with her was great, lots of ideas and inspiration, very responsive to emails, the week before there were lots of little things I was worrying about and she responded to everything and ensured the whole day ran smoothly.
Honestly every little detail is thought about, the whole day runs so smoothly and every member of staff there is happy and enjoys your special day which is so nice to see! The food is amazing and portion sizes very generous, evening buffet we went for the chip shop buffet and you won’t be disappointed! Guests say the bar man was very generous too!
We stayed in the old stables the night before which is absolutely stunning and perfect for your night before. The whole experience is just exceptional and we 100% chose the right venue for our special day and one we will never forget! Best Day Ever!
We had the most amazing wedding at Swancar Farm just before Christmas 2023. The planning support was brilliant from Hayley, the day itself was just perfect and in no small part due to Louise, Caitlin, Mike and all of the team there who were just wonderful!
I don’t have wedding blues but I do have Swancar blues as I wouldn’t want to have had our day anywhere else.We had the most amazing wedding at Swancar Farm just before Christmas 2023. Amazing!
My husband and I got married here on 18th November 2019 and I can honestly say it we had the most amazing experience!
From the moment we booked right through to the morning after the wedding the staff, especially Louise were absolutely incredible, the whole process has been nothing but easy and enjoyable.
Nothing is a problem and Louise did everything she could to personalise our day so that it was exactly what we wanted.
The house itself and the surroundings are stunning and don’t even require any extra touches to make the place look absolutely incredible on your day. There’s an amazing choice of food for your wedding breakfast and evening buffet, which was beautiful. Throughout the day we were constantly checked upon to make sure we were okay, if we ever had an empty glass our drinks were refilled free of charge and the breakfast the following morning was lovely too.
The bridal suite and other guest rooms are beautiful and very comfortable.
The only thing I can say is if your thinking about choosing this place for your wedding, DO IT! You will not regret it at all, it makes your special day so much more special to have the VIP experience we received.
Would just like to make sure Louise gets the recognition she deserves because she has made what is supposed to be quite a stressful experience in terms of planning, so easy and enjoyable, she’s brilliant at her job!

Good afternoon Louise,
Now the dust has finally settled, myself and Lorna wanted to put in writing a massive 'thank you' to yourself and the team.
Our wedding day really was a dream. From the ceremony to the meal and evening do, it all went perfectly and our guests had nothing but praise for staff, the venue and the incredible food. A special thank you for helping to arrange the 10/15 minutes to play the guitar to Lorna too (Her ears have just about recovered), and to Sam on the day before our wedding, she really went above and beyond to help.
We'll be recommending the venue to all of our friends and family in the hope we'll be able to return soon!

Faultless and unforgettable
Antony and I had our wedding reception at swancar on Friday 29th March 19. it was perfect!
the food, the staff, the organisation, the planning, the attention to detail... everything was beautiful! I cannot fault a thing n they can not do enough for you.
To louise and Mike - Thank you so so much for ensuring our day was planned down to the last detail and that it all ran so smoothly on the day. you and the staff are amazing at what you do!
special mention to Tom the barman... he through some shapes on dancefloor n really made us laugh. it's great to see that the management let the staff relax a little in the evening to enjoy it with us!
all our guests have raved about everything n there hasn't been one negative word said. everyone was blown away.. thank you xxFaultless and unforgettable

We had our wedding day here on 22nd March 2019 & cannot recommend this venue enough. Apart from it's beautiful building & interior the staff were also amazing. Rachael our coordinator made the whole planning process enjoyable & nothing was too much trouble. She was always there to answer any questions & on the day she worked tirelessly to ensure the whole day went perfectly. The bar staff & servers were brilliant as was Mike who was very attentive in making sure we were happy. The food was amazing as were the portion sizes! I stayed in the old stables the night before which was absolutely beautiful. We have no doubt that we picked the perfect venue & would like to thank all at Swancar farm for making our day very special & memorable. I cannot thank all the staff at Swancar enough for making our wedding day one to remember.
Everything ran so smoothly and the guests were blown away by how professional and well organised everything was, and even how stunning the venue is!
Rachael was extremely helpful and was our personal contact leading up to the wedding and on the day and she was fantastic.
I really can not recommend this venue enough, it truly is perfect.
