We had a list of 10 venues to visit but the minute we viewed Southdowns we knew it was the one for us! To have the whole space just for us was fantastic.
The whole process was so slick. No question too silly, and everyone so helpful.
The staff were just amazing, nothing was too much trouble and full of smiles. Becky was fantastic and smoothed over any minor issues. If you want a stress free wedding with everything included, this is for you!
The venue is stunning, we had our dream outdoor ceremony and it was so emotional.
The food was gorgeous and so much of it. We had hot canapés with Pimms on the lawn, then Afternoon Tea and then a Pizza buffet later. They created our perfect vision and accommodated so many dietary requests.
The day was everything we dreamed of & our guests were blown away! -

We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather so the ceremony took place outside, but a wet weather plan was in place. The staff were excellent at keeping me on time for the ceremony and made the day run seamlessly. Food was delicious and there were plenty of chances to taste the food in the planning process. A wide variety of beautiful backdrops for photos. -

Beyond Our Expectations
From the first time we visited Southdowns Manor we knew it would be hard to beat!
Organising the wedding was made effortless with the help of the of the team and we knew we were in good hands.
Our big day went without a hitch, and with their attention to detail and our vision it was the most perfect day! -

The staff, in particular Becky who was our Wedding coordinator, were absolutely fantastic in setting up the venue the way we had dreamt of and making our day run as smoothly as it possibly could have done. Becky was there throughout making sure everything was perfect for us and was flexible if there were any changes needed. Such a friendly team who are more than happy to go above and beyond. I can’t fault them. A beautiful venue and a beautiful day for us. -

From the moment we drove up to Southdowns we knew we wanted to get married there. I loved it would just be us and our guests. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We had a 2 day wedding in the end and it was fantastic we couldn’t have asked for more. Food was delicious, everything ran smoothly so if anything did go wrong we didn’t know about it. Communication was great from the start to the finish. All I can say is I want to do it all over again. Thank you to everyone at Southdowns especially Jennie and Lucy -

Where to start!!! This is the perfect venue for a wedding, especially if you want the flexibility to get married outside. The staff are incredibly professional, the setting is stunning, the food is out of this world and generously portioned and the honeymoon suite is pure luxury. I got married here in sept 2023 and can honestly say I had the best day of my life and couldn't fault Southdowns Manor on a single thing!! If I had to share a few things they have that other venues don't it would be the huge bath in the honeymoon suite, the beautiful ceiling drapes that are included in the price, the most incredibly stocked bar and the fact you can party until midnight. -

My wife and I chose Southdowns Manor because it offered everything we wanted. A dog friendly venue with accommodation. Lia was the most attentive organiser who listened and advised us every step of the way.
The day itself was just perfect, even the weather didn’t spoil it.
Our wedding was everything we wanted it to be, Lia and the staff made us both feel so relaxed but so special.
A truly wonderful venue and the most fabulous day! -
