Wedding Venue
We booked the hotel for our wedding on 20/10/2022 as the personal service we got from start to finish was amazing. Nothing was to much trouble and the hotel made our wedding day perfect. All the staff we brilliant from the event team to the conference team. If you want a special place to get married in a beautiful setting this is the place. -

WOW! Where do I even begin to describe how amazing our experience of getting married at Southampton Harbour was!
Georgina was incredibly understanding to our situation as we wanted to get married quickly due to a personal family matter. From the start of the 6 week planning process Georgina made everything so much easier! Her quick detailed responses made the process feel so smooth! Nothing ever felt too much trouble and I could tell that she really cared about creating the best day for my husband and I as well as our family & friends.
The Wedding day itself exceeded all expectations. Throughout the day there were so many small details that I hadn't expected that enhanced our day! The value for money was amazing! I honestly would do our special day here over and over again! :)

Big thank you to the Southampton Harbour Hotel, who hosted our wonderful wedding in January 2022. We were delighted that the hotel could cater for the intimate wedding we wanted (25 guests), and thanks to Georgina's help we were easily able to tailor the event exactly how we wanted it. Georgina was incredibly helpful, communicative and understood that we wanted our special day to be relaxed, informal and intimate. Georgina, Cristophe and the team ensured everything went smoothly on the day, the room looked amazing and even on a rainy winter day the views from the hotel are spectacular! We were able to select meal choices from a list of many delicious options, and all of our guests were very complimentary about the quality of food, and we were also easily able to tailor for some vegan / vegetarian guests. The majority of our guests stayed at the hotel for the weekend, and had a lovely stay - particular compliments from our friends and family on the gin and sherry in the rooms! We also made good use of the spa, with the most amazing massage the evening before our wedding from Sophie. All of this was organised in just over a month - we honestly couldn't have wished for a more perfect day!Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa's reply:

We cannot thank Georgina, and the entire operational team enough for our fantastic day! Ever since Georgina joined the team this summer, our wedding planning has been as smooth as possible during a pandemic. The day itself went without any problems, and the staff were great in assisting with specific preferences and fixing any small issues that arose throughout the day. The food was exceptional, and even the menu tasting was a lovely night for my husband and I. Amazing venue & wonderful staff
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your help and prep leading up to and on the day of the wedding Dealing with yourself has been a huge pleasure and I couldn’t fault a single thing, you were super responsive, helpful and accommodating to all of our needs and quirks! All done with a smile even with the tight deadline we had. -

Having our wedding at the harbour hotel was the best experience. Georgina and her team were delightful and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was so kind, approachable and seemed to genuinely care about our day and making it special for us. Georgina especially went above and beyond for us and we are very grateful to her. We would not hesitate to recommend Georgina and her team, and that people consider getting married at the harbour hotel. It’s a stunning setting and one that my guests can’t stop talking about.
