We got married at Shaw Hill in September 2023. As soon as Hannah took charge it was amazing. Throughout the planning she was always there to help and she always kept us informed of any changes which actually helped our package. On the day she checked in often to make sure everything was OK and even sorted out a slight issue which arose with the florist. Me and my husband could not thank her and Shaw Hill for making sure our day was perfect. Thank you so much! -

The Perfect Wedding Venue!
We can't thank Hannah and her team at Shaw Hill enough for creating our wedding day! We had seen many venues, but none were as welcoming and hospitable as Shaw Hill. We wanted a full vegetarian wedding, and the team at Shaw Hill made that so easy for us. I'm sure the chef doesn't regurlary serve a full vegetarian three course meal, but they pleased all of our carnivore guests! We had so many compliments from all of our guests, and all the staff's efforts really showed. Shaw Hill were so accomodating and really helped to make our wedding bespoke to our needs. Hannah and Alec made the day so stress free for us, and took the weight on their shoulders so we could actually enjoy our day.
We worked with Hannah for several months whilst organising the wedding, and she was always available and happy to help in any way she could. We really couldn't be more grateful, and we got so many compliments from our guests about both the venue and the staff.
The venue itself is stunning and our photographer was able to use several indoor and outdoor areas for our photographs and the results were beautiful. The ceremony room was perfect for our needs, it was intimate and beautifully decorated. We really can't recommend this venue enough. Thank you so much to the Shaw Hill team :) -

Where do I start? Hannah has been amazing. Nothing was too big of a job for her. She helped out with ALOT of questions. Even with the numbers changing last minute!!
The day itself was brilliant and everything we asked for was met. Special shout out to Stu and Alec who practically waited on us hand and foot! All of the staff were aware of a surprise (box of trainers) I had for Hannah (my now wife!) and kept it a secret and then help me give it to her.
We had the best day ever!!!!

Our experience with Shaw Hill from the very start to the wedding day itself and even after was fantastic! Communication was great and they were able to accommodate everything we asked for. Hannah was brilliant helping us to plan our special day. On the day, the service was phenomenal and the whole day was absolutely perfect thanks to Hannah and Alec. They checked in on us often to make sure we had the best day possible, there were no issues of flaws anywhere! Can’t recommend Shaw Hill and their fantastic wedding team enough! -

We got married at Shaw Hill on the 6th May 2023.
Hannah (wedding coordinator) was absolutely amazing from the start of the process, she made it so easy and stress free! On the day Hannah was amazing, there for everyone and was on hand throughout the day! Her support was unreal!!
We chose the platinum package so all of our extras for the day (centrepieces, chair covers, lighting, fairy light etc) was all included with Sophisticated Events - who were also brilliant!
The day before the wedding we spoke with Alek - master of ceremonies, who was so lovely and reassuring. This continued into the day when he came to check on me and the bridal party in the suite and throughout the day made it run so seamlessly! So thank you Alek for doing such a brilliant job 👏
The staff at Shaw Hill as a whole are brilliant, know their roles and work brilliantly together - again were on hand if we needed anything at all!
Overall, our whole wedding experience was amazing at Shaw Hill and we couldn't recommend the venue enough! A special thankyou to Hannah and Alek who were just a pleasure! X -

We had our wedding here at Shaw Hill in December and it was a fantastic experience and a brilliant day! Thank you!
Nina was always fast at getting back to us on anything we needed with the lead up and planning of our wedding and she was always happy to help. All staff at Shaw Hill where all friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Rooms lovely, clean! Reception staff all helpful and friendly. Lots of our guests throughout the day commented to us that it was such a lovely venue and where all having a brilliant time. Felt very relaxed and had no worries throughout any of the planning with Shaw Hill from start to finish. Thank you so much for making our day so perfect! -

Excellent and horrendous
Nina was amazing! The venue was beautiful! Food was excellent! The only issue we had was with one member of the staff who was coordinating our day and evening, she spoilt my experience with her behaviour and May of my guests. -
