Dream team, dream venue!
Sakshi & I got married at RHS Wisley on 24th June 2023. We used the beautiful Glasshouse & Waterlily Pavilion as venues.
It is a sensational venue that made our special day even more special. It’s unique in how grand and serene the setting is without being stuffy and overwhelming. The Glasshouse is perfect for those who want an outdoor feel for their wedding but are worried about the rain. Our guests spent a lot of time around the gardens and are still raving about the venue!
The real stars of the show though are Sue, Sophie and the entire Wisley team. Leading up to the day, the team was very responsive and so so flexible. Sue operated with a ‘how can we make this work’ mentality at all times and was sensationally organised. The flexibility in terms of venue and supplier use was exceptionally helpful. Really appreciated her creative ideas throughout the process.
On the day, we had Sophie personally look after us and she was fabulous. She was incredibly attentive, cheerful, and really our best friend on the day. She made sure we got to enjoy our celebrations as the married couple fully. Thanks to her, we had no stresses or worries on the day!

Stunning wedding venue and great staff
We had the most amazing wedding at RHS Wisley and were so well looked after by Sophie, Sue and the team. The glasshouse is stunning, so many of our guests commented that it was the most amazing wedding venue they have been to it and the gardens and glasshouse were a beautiful backdrop in all of the photos. Throughout the planning to the day itself the team were so warm, thoughtful and helpful. We couldn't recommend it enough and wish we could do it all again!We had the most amazing wedding at RHS Wisley and were so well looked after by Sophie, Sue and the team. The glasshouse is stunning, so many of our guests commented that it was the most amazing wedding venue they have been to it and the gardens and glasshouse were a beautiful backdrop in all of the photos. September wedding in the Glasshouse
What can I really say about our wedding at Wisley, such a gorgeous place was bound to provide the perfect day, and it certainly did! All the staff were excellent, from first enquiries up to & throughout the day, liaising with all the suppliers to ensure everything went to plan. Our guests were bowled over by the beauty of the gardens, many will be returning. I can't wait to go back and reminisce about our perfect wedding!What can I really say about our wedding at Wisley, such a gorgeous place was bound to provide the perfect day, and it certainly did! Fantastic venue and team
We had a humanist ceremony and reception at RHS Wisley in a marquee, followed by dinner and party at the beautiful Glasshouse. Despite some super dodgy weather on previous days, we had an amazing (and dry!) day, and all our guests commented on the beauty of the venue - which also lent itself to some fantastic wedding photos.
Throughout the whole planning process, Chrissie was very helpful and accommodating, helping us get a late licence for the party and quickly re-plan aspects on the wedding when our plans for the day changed. And, importantly, Chrissie's team alongside our caterer made sure that the day ran like clockwork.

Wedding 11 June 2016
We had our wedding reception at RHS wisley gardens last Saturday. The whole day was absolutely perfect. We had drinks opposite the Loggia and our wedding breakfast in a marquee in wilsons wood. Chrissie the events manager is such a pleasure to work with - extremely professional. We had so many lovely comments from guests about the wonderful venue. Everything went like clockwork. Enchanting wedding in the Glasshouse
We are writing to express our appreciation of all the staff at RHS Wisley who helped to make our event a great success. In particular, we wanted to highlight the central role played by RHS Wisley’s Events Manager, Chrissie Milton, both on the night and in the run-up to it. We all drew immediate comfort from Chrissie’s unruffled approach, clear grasp of our wedding concept and “can-do” attitude – qualities which were essential in helping to plan an Indian wedding for 250 guests! Her engagement helped to alleviate quite a bit of the pressure we were under as organisers. Our guests were clearly enchanted by the appearance of the Glasshouse, particularly in the evening light and we received a lot of positive feedback in relation to the venue.We are writing to express our appreciation of all the staff at RHS Wisley who helped to make our event a great success. Exquisite setting for a wedding
Wisley made the most exquisite setting for our relaxed and beautiful wedding. The chef provided amazing food of the highest quality - our guests commented what a relief it was not to eat the usual boring chicken! Unique wedding in the Glasshouse
The RHS gardens at Wisley provided the most wonderful setting for our daughter's wedding reception in the Glasshouse. Surrounded by beautiful flowers on a summer's afternoon must be the very definition of romantic and the gardens did not disappoint. The Event Management team headed up by the wonderful Chrissie swung into action an hour before the gardens closed to the public and worked with our caterers to transform the exotic Glasshouse into a breathtaking space for entertaining our guests. Everything went like clockwork, not least due to the efficient organisation effected beforehand by Chrissie with both us and our caterer and we are all very grateful for her enthusiasm and drive to make the day as special as possible.
