  Old Down made our dreams come true!

  The Old Down team made our wedding experience perfect from start to finish. Charlotte and her team were so super helpful and supportive giving us all the clarity we needed on the day and in the run upto to it. The food was fantastic and all the wonderful little details Old Down put in really helped make our day all we dreamed it would be! Would highly recommend Old Down to any couple looking for a bright, magical and personal venue!

  The Old Down team made our wedding experience perfect from start to finish.   We would like to say a huge thank you to the whole

  We would like to say a huge thank you to the whole team at Old Down for making our wedding weekend in August absolutely perfect. Throughout the whole year of planning, Joey has been absolutely fantastic, with no amount of questions or visits being too much for her, not to mention her help in coordinating things on the day. Joey was generally quick to respond, attentive and prepared us well for the running of the day, as well as coordinating logistics with our suppliers which meant that we did not need to worry about that. Her attention to our requirements for our wedding breakfast and pre-wedding dinner on the Friday night was exceptional and many of our guests commented on how great the food was, with the chefs going off menu to meet our wishes. Over the weekend itself, Warren and his team made sure everything went smoothly and exactly as planned. We felt super comfortable to simply enjoy the day, knowing that Warren had everything under control. The venue was beautiful and there was plenty of space for our 170 guests despite the weather not really allowing for much outdoor time. We wish we could do it all over again!

  It was absolutely perfect!

  Cannot thank Joey and the team at Old Down enough for their work towards and on our wedding day! It was absolutely perfect! The whole day ran seamlessly (we got married at 3pm) with no gaps but also no rush! The added touch of staying in the Foxholes Barn the night before made the whole experience even more special and the breakfast the day after the wedding was lush!! Massively recommend this place to anyone looking for a wedding venue

  What an incredible venue. We are so pleased we hosted our wedding reception at the Manor House.
  The views are amazing, the day ran like clockwork (special thanks to Joey and Warren) and we captured some fantastic shots by the lake.
  All our wedding guests commented on how lovely the venue is.

  You have been an absolute superstar! You have made everything so easy for us. We haven't been stressed at all, even on the day, and that's all down to your reassurance and professionalism.
  
  We had the most wonderful day, where we were able to totally relax and enjoy the magical moments. Warren and the whole front of house staff were absolutely amazing, please pass on our sincere thanks.   I just want to say a giant thank you for Saturday. The team were absolutely exceptional and we genuinely had the best day of our lives. We are both sticklers for organisation and I thought there was no way I'd be able to spend the day not worrying about what was happening or feeling like I had to organise things myself - particularly when so much of my job involves this. But I was able to completely switch off and at no point did I feel I couldn't totally relax and feel like I was in the very safest of hands.
  
  The guests said it was the best wedding they've ever been to, and you and your team have so much responsibility for that incredible compliment.
  
  The smooth running, organisation, placement of decorations, co-ordination, attentiveness of staff and fantastic upkeep of the beautiful venue were second to none.
  
  I feel so incredibly lucky that we were able to marry at the Old Down in the capable hands of you and your colleagues.
