My daughter's wedding was held here on 6th April & I cannot recommend highly enough. The staff worked so hard & efficiently ensuring that the day ran smoothly from start to finish without any problems. They really couldn't have done more for us. The room was turned around quickly for each stage of the wedding & looked beautiful, the food was delicious & I'd just like to say a huge thankyou to all the staff for providing the perfect day for the new Mr & Mrs Cowan, their family and friends. Fabulous wedding day, couldn't have been better
Brilliant from the start to finish Professional and friendly, nothing too much bother.
From the planning to the day itself, everything was arranged expertly and without any issues, everyone of our guests said how much they enjoyed the day. The service and staff were excellent.Holiday Inn Washington's reply:

Just wanted to leave our review from our special day.
I cannot say a bad word about this venue.
It was perfect for us - on the doorstep and a great package! The package included so many extras which ticked so much off our to do list from the word go.
From our first meeting with Sianne you could tell she knew what she was doing. She looked after us and kept us up to date with regular meetings. Absolutely nothing was a bother - she responded quickly to emails and was just on the other end of the phone to help with all my questions and requests. She helped plan the perfect day.
The staff on the day were outstanding too - again nothing was too much trouble. The food was beautiful, the room looked amazing and everyone had a fabulous day (and night cos the rooms were a bargain)! Even the breakfast was lovely. They catered brilliantly for guests with dietary requirements too.
Our day went without a hitch and I’m so grateful to everyone who played a part. Special shout out to Sianne, Vikkesh and Oana 🥰

From the moment we arrived at Holiday Inn, Washington we were made to feel very special by all of the staff. Friendly faces, courtesy and special touches were in abundance. Detailed planning by Sianne and Vikash ensured that the celebrations ran smoothly on the night and all guests commented on what a wonderful time they had. We were delighted by the treatment we were afforded and would heartily recommend the Holiday Inn to others planning an event.Holiday Inn Washington's reply:

Im not sure where to start!
My day was amazing from start to finish thanks to the whole team at the Holiday Inn.
Sianne helped us to plan and organise our day from the get go and was a huge help and support. First wedding so if I course I didn’t know where to start. No question was stupid. She was prepared with her tablet and showed different pictures of how the room looked once it was all done up.
Appointments were regular and any questions between appointments were always answered quickly.
The day came before we new it. I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Vikash and Oana were fantastic. Vikash had us check the rooms before our guests entered to check we were happy, kept me updated on any issues. These were not issues with the hotel. My cake collapsed and Vikash had the kitchen staff try to save it. He was so apologetic and it was no fault of theirs.
The room was decorated beautifully and the food looks and tasted gorgeous.
Oana was my mamma for the day. I was poorly on the day and she was there ensuring I always had a drink, made sure I had something to eat and anything else I wanted. She helped with taking gifts up to our room so we could just enjoy the evening.
Don’t think twice about booking this venue. It’s so reasonably priced and service is 5*Holiday Inn Washington's reply:

We had the most amazing day at the Holiday Inn.
I stayed the night before my wedding too with my bridesmaids and flower girls, it was extra helpful having the room adjoined with a second to cater for us.
The toast master was so helpful, he went above and beyond to make sure my day went perfect.
The room I visioned, turned out perfect. The table decorations, runners, sparkles, absolutely perfect.
All my additional extras wasn't a fuss made over. The hotel was happy for me to add extras outside my package and helped set these up.
Oana was hands on all day making sure we wasn't stressed and was very helpful with the children. All the way through to after midnight she was so helpful.
From viewing the venue on a showcase evening, to booking with Sianne was very well ran, she went through so so many details with us making sure nothing was missed.
I knew we was in safe hands, which is probably why I was the most unstressed bride I've ever known.
The day went well, the running of the day was great, to the turning round of the rooms, what a transformation. The whole team did amazing.
Evening DJ was good,. Played any songs we asked for checked what type of music we liked.
The wedding breakfast we had was absolutely phenomenal, everything was beautiful. Well presented, portion sizes were very homely we were all full, so many compliments about it.
Evening Buffet came and went quite quickly I didn't get to see what it was like so can't comment on that but did wish food was left out longer.
If I could do it all again, I would still choose the Holiday Inn, it was good value for money, great service, well ran, friendly staff. They went above and beyond for everything for our wedding.

Fantastic service from beginning to end
From our initial meeting with Sianne, we have been extremely happy and nothing has been too much trouble. All staff involved in the preparation and the event itself have been extremely friendly, professional and helpful. We felt that we were treated with respect and anything we were unsure of was immediately rectified. We would happily recommend Sianne and the team to organise any event . All our guests have been very complimentary about all aspects of the party - the room decor, the food ( which was superb), the organisation, the bedrooms and the breakfast (again the variety and quality was outstanding)Holiday Inn Washington's reply:
