    Without a hitch!

    I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to the whole team, we could not have asked for a better wedding day and we all really felt that everyone went above and beyond for us and were so polite and helpful! I can only imagine how stressful weddings are from your perspective, but we felt that ours went without a hitch!

    Could not fault the staff one bit. So polite & helpful throughout. Michelle was outstanding, could not have done any more for us. Made our day! Highly recommend the hotel as a reception venue hands down

    We had an amazing day

    We had an amazing day - thanks so much for your help. We want to do it all again now as went so quick, all guests commented on how much fun the day was and how well it went. Thanks to the staff for putting us all at ease and taking the worry away. Thanks again

    What an amazing day! The venue was beautiful, staff were 100% amazing, so professional and polite, would highly recommend!

    Incredible staff

    We had a fantastic day, thank you very much for all your hard work! All the staff on the day were brilliant, Michelle and Janet worked tirelessly to ensure everything was just what we wanted. All our guests commented on how great everything was and how happy and relaxed the atmosphere was, obviously we realise without the staff behind the scenes beavering away this could not have been so. Could you pass on our thanks to all involved on our special day, everything was very much appreciated by my husband and I.

    Thank you Holiday Inn!

    We got married on 15th September 2018 and had our wedding reception at The Holiday Inn Basingstoke! We cannot recommend the hotel enough, the staff and facilities were amazing and the location was just perfect! All of our guests commented on how amazing the day was, and how seamless everything went! Michelle (our Wedding Coordinator) was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble! Our Wedding really was a day to remember! Thank you to all the staff!

    Best day ever

    Me and my wife had an amazing time at the Holiday Inn Basingstoke. Michelle was fantastic from the first time we have spoken to her until our Wedding Day. Our Wedding host was extremely helpful and the whole team was always smiling. Nothing was too much trouble. All of our guests have commented on how good the food was. Our function room looked beautiful. We will definitely be back for any future events we might have. Thank you again!

    Fantastic Day!

    Our wedding was fantastic! From booking to the actual day our Wedding Coordinator was always available when things needed to be checked or confirmed. The meal was perfect and complimented by guests. The function room size was great. Michelle and the hotel staff were excellent at doing it justice.
