The day we've always dreamed of and more...
What can we say other than wow - we had the BEST day for our wedding in April 2023.
The venue is simply STUNNING. The hotel, the restaurants, bar and wedding ceremony and reception rooms were perfect. The new owner invested a lot of money into refurbishing the property and it was certainly money well spent.
We had drinks on the terrace and a private meal the night before in the Brasserie restaurant, which was beautiful and an amazing start to our wedding weekend.
We cannot thank the Haycock Manor team enough for all the hard work and efforts they all went to for our special day.
Laura, our wedding coordinator, was nothing but patient and happy to help us throughout our wedding journey. She was incredible and our day was a success due to her invaluable experience and knowledge.
Tony in the events team set up night prior and was on hand when we were setting up and on the day. He made us feel very welcome and even though we made some small changes, he sorted them out straight away and made us feel like it was no trouble at all.
He, and the team, were also amazing for the wedding day.
Our guests have said some wonderful things plus he was great at making sure all of our belongings and our suppliers belongings were left organised on the table ready to be collected on the Sunday. A big help!
The reception staff were amazing when we came for the taster evening and over our wedding weekend. They recommended the Cavendish Suite for the night prior and morning of, which I would highly recommend.

Special day at Haycock Manor Hotel
From the beautiful function room which looked lovely, to the gorgeous food, to the efficiency and friendliness of all the staff there-everyone was fab -Tom was brill, as were all the waiters and bar staff. We feel we couldn't have picked a better venue and we would recommend the Haycock Manor Hotel to any other engaged couples looking for a wonderful venue for their Special Day!From the beautiful function room which looked lovely, to the gorgeous food, to the efficiency and friendliness of all the staff there-everyone was fab -Tom was brill, as were all the waiters and bar staff. Truly magical day
I just wanted to say a massive thank you, to you and your team in helping us make our day so special. All the staff were lovely on the day and everyone commented on it and said it was the best wedding they have been to.
Again, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much for helping us create the exact wedding we wanted and it truly was the best day ever and the Haycock was the main reason for this. Excellent venue
The support from the wedding organiser in the run-up was excellent meaning that everything was well planned and our day went extremely smoothly. Winter wedding
Our wedding day was completey perfect. Bryony was amazing in helping us to plan our day and sorted everything out to exactly how we wanted it. We had our entire day here, from me getting ready, ceremony and reception. The ceremony was in the Drayton room which looked amazing, in the pictures it can look a bit dull but set up for a wedding it looks perfect and really added atmosphere. Once we were married, we were greeted with sparkling wine and then everything just flowed perfectly. The ballroom had been set up exactly as I asked down to the finest details and everything had been considered. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. Recent Wedding
I recently attended a wedding at this hotel. I used to use the hotel regularly and hadn't been in years, so I was looking forward to it!
The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. The food was lovely, with generous portions sizes. And the bedroom (although we upgraded) was spacious, clean, and looked over the village and hotel gardens. A beautiful setting!
My friend had a wonderful day and was very happy with her wedding.
