A Wedding to Remember
We had a fantastic day, all the staff were truly amazing before and during the actual day. They could not do enough to ensure our day was special for us. I can’t express enough how grateful we are for the incredible day they helped make for us. They were able to provide the day we hoped for by listening to our ideas and ensuring it happened. The food was delicious and so many of our guests expressed how much they enjoyed the whole day.We had a fantastic day, all the staff were truly amazing before and during the actual day. Wonderful wedding venue
We had a wonderful wedding day at Harrowden Hall late September 2017.
We fell in love with the building and the grounds upon our first visit to the venue and on the big day the food and service exceeded our expectations. Every member of staff that we met couldn't have been nicer or more eager to help, special thanks to Sue and Isabel who answered all our many questions in the run up to our day and ensured the day itself went smoothly.
Many of our guests commented on Harrowden being a hidden gem in Northamptonshire and we feel it really is,
We would thoroughly recommend this venue to anyone!We had a wonderful wedding day at Harrowden Hall late September 2017.

A dream wedding we will never forget
Last June Tony and myself had our dream wedding. We married at St Peters church in Irthlingborough a short distance away as it was our local church and had our reception at Harrowden Hall.We had 65 guests for the wedding breakfast and over a 100 guests for the evening reception along with a live soul band and disco.It was a complicated wedding to organize as we had guests coming in from several countries and also from across the UK so everything had to be on the ball for it to go well. Everything did go extremely well and nothing was too much trouble for the staff at Harrowden Hall.The wedding breakfast was the best we had ever had at a wedding and we have been to quite a few ! and so was the buffet. The location was spectacular and even the sun shone that day. We held our evening reception in the Marquee in the evening. Our guests loved every minute of it and our visitors from abroad said it was sheer class and loved the beautiful gardens and the Hall .We couldn't have wished for a better venue and would highly recommend it to other couples considering getting married there. A Day we will remember forever.
We are writing to express our massive thanks and appreciation to Natalie and the events staff at Harrowden Hall. As an older couple getting married we were looking for a venue that provided a spectacular backdrop but also the flexibility for a smaller event and we certainly found it here.
From our first meeting we were made to feel so welcome and the experienced staff were prepared for any requests and knew how they could be realised. The whole process leading up to the wedding was so easy and with the information provided, it helped us to keep on track as the big day drew near.
We have to make special mention for Izzy who was in charge both the day before and on the day. Izzy was so charming and organised she made us feel so special and anticipated any queries and resolved them without any fuss.
In fact all the staff were amazing and we have to say an enormous thanks to the Chef. The food was absolutely amazing and every single guest commented on how wonderful the food was. It was presented beautifully which is not always a sign of flavour but it was both creative and flavoursome. Not only that but we had some guests with particular allergies and the chef and staff went the extra mile to make sure that all these were catered for with the same flair.
For a small wedding, everyone at Harrowden Hall made this a day we will never forget, more than we imagined. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Our Wedding Day
We chose Harrowden Hall due to the setting and beauty of the site.
It has an intimate and magical feel and was perfect for us.
But it didn’t stop there, all of the staff from the office to the kitchen were friendly and relaxed and they made the organisation simple.
The food was delicious and they easily catered for the few dietary requirements of guests.
As you do with all parties we had a hiccup with an outside issue on the day but the staff were able to help out and sort something immediately. They made the day so easy and carefree we would recommend this place to anyone.We chose Harrowden Hall due to the setting and beauty of the site.

A Day we will remember forever.
I would like to thank everyone at Harrowden Hall for making our wedding day such a perfect experience. The staff went above and beyond to make the event a stress free experience. From the moment we booked until the day we were always in regular contact with Sue and Natalie, thanks to Janet and the bar team too. Our friends are still overwhelmed by the quality and quantity of food, amazing chef. The venue is beautiful and was spot on for our requirements, even though it was winter we managed to get outside and have some lovely pictures taken. We moved from one room to another with no disruption of set up, a seamless process. A day we will remember forever.I would like to thank everyone at Harrowden Hall for making our wedding day such a perfect experience. A fantastic day made very special
We'd gone to see a couple of venues, but meeting Sue at Harrowden Hall put all the others in to the shade.
From the moment we were greeted at the entrance to the hall, we were made to feel very special, and that Sue wanted our day to be all we wanted and more.
On the day itself we were brilliantly looked after by Natalie, who guided us through, and made everyone, including guests, feel welcome. We had the whole venue to ourselves, and we could all relax and take in the splendour.
The Hall was decorated beautifully with extra little touches added, and the food was the best we've ever tasted.
We left praising Sue and Natalie for making us feel that this day was as important to them as it was to us, and we would recommend them to anyone who was thinking of getting married - the best decision we ever made.We'd gone to see a couple of venues, but meeting Sue at Harrowden Hall put all the others in to the shade.

Perfection
What made you choose harrowden hall?
As soon as I saw it, I knew it was the venue for us, it is such a beautiful building and the gardens are stunning. I liked the fact that we were able to have so much control over the wedding day, we didn't have to stick to a 'set package' as such.
Sue, the wedding coordinator, also made us choose Harrowden Hall; I could tell from our first meeting that nothing would be too much trouble and she was so kind and friendly.
It was the best day of my whole life. On my wedding day, I did not feel stressed at all and I put this down to the fantastic planning and organisation both before and on the day of the wedding, by Sue, Natalie and all the staff at Harrowden Hall. Everything was exactly what I'd dreamed of and more!
I wanted it to be a bit like an English country fete. We had an ice cream cart and garden games to give it this feel.
My dress was the first dress I tried on. I loved it because it had a pearl and bead attachment to the back which was so unique. It was a Ronald Joyce dress. My bridesmaids wore coral dresses from Dessy, as it suited them all.
Your flowers - my florist was my friends mum, Judy Weston. All of the flowers were a mixture of coral roses, daisies and lavender.
My grandmother made my wedding cake, I choose all the design myself and she did a fabulous job!
We had Paul Mockford as our wedding photographer and I can sum his photos up in one word, AMAZING!!What made you choose harrowden hall?

What made you choose Harrowden Hall?
Sue - she was amazing from the word go! She made us feel like planning our wedding with her at our side a much easier task than other places we had visited! The gardens are absolutely stunning and there are some hidden gems of gorgeous brickwork and archways which make for amazing photos!
It was the The best day ever! It was such smoothly run day and all the staff were so lovely and helpful! They felt like members of our wedding party rather than staff and we are still in touch with them now!
Our vision was a relaxed soft palette of colour with a fun vibe like our personalities.
I had two dresses. My day one was by Maggie Sottero and the dress is called Judith in Ivory/Mocha. My other dress for the evening was a bespoke made one by a company called Estilo Moda. My dress was a lace top with a silk chiffon Aline skirt and I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful dress.
I chose not to wear a veil but my shoes were ivory and sparkly peep toe shoes from Rainbow Club. My jewellery was minimalist so went with some simple leaf style jewellery to match the lace on my dresses and was purchased from John Lewis Vintage collections.
We wanted a loose relaxed feel to our flowers, nothing too formal.
