  Absolutely amazing!

  Glen yr Avon you really made our day so so special. The team were on hand for every single question and responded very quickly! I want to do my wedding day all over again! 🥰 if your looking for a venue Glen yr Avon is the one! ❤️

  Magical March Wedding

  I cannot recommend Glen yr Afon highly enough! All the pre planning, response to requests and 100% professionalism by Carol the wedding co-ordinator, Darren the DJ and the rest of the team were absolutely flawless! Nothing was too much trouble - they all made the day run like clockwork! The venue, food, ambience, disco, not to mention the breakfast the day afterwards was amazing! We want to go back and do it all again in slow motion!

  The best wedding venue

  I just wanted to say a massive thank you for making Hannah and Rods day on August 5th the best wedding ever. All your staff were absolutely amazing. A big thank you to all of them. Especially Matthew and The young man behind the bar, who quite frankly was superb - but everyone was. Also a special thank you to Carol who sorted it all out. We have been to many weddings over the years and I know this was our daughters but quite simply I have never been to one so good! It's not just me saying that but all our friends and family have been saying the same. - You are definitely the best wedding venue. Not just because of the hotel but you've got it just right! Thank you so much for making that day the happiest day of my husbands and my life. That was way better than our own wedding!

  Gorgeous

  Thank you so much for an amazing day we both honestly had the best day of our lives, you must have booked the sun for us because we couldn't have wished for a nicer day it was gorgeous. I think our guests all enjoyed themselves or certainly seemed that way at least and no dramas luckily so all in all just a really nice day and that was mainly thanks to your staff who made it all go smoothly without us having to worry about a single thing so just want to massively thank them, especially Matthew who just made everything so easy and was so easily approachable, thank you so much for helping organise the best day of our lives and I'm sure we'll stay again soon

  I am writing to say a massive thank you for making our wedding day so fantastic. All the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them and the food was absolutely stunning. The whole experience of planning the wedding with yourself through to staying at the hotel on the Friday to the actual wedding day was made very easy, very relaxed and very professional. We can't thank you enough. We would like to give a special thank you to Matthew as he was absolutely brilliant on the day. I can't speak highly enough of his professionalism and how hard he worked to make our day so special. All the guests have said how fantastic the venue was and how stunning the food was. The day was definitely a big success and one that we will remember of pure happiness forever...

  I just wanted to send you a message to say a huge thank you for making our dreams reality! From the first day I met you when we were looking at venues, I knew I wanted you to be in charge of our wedding. You totally got my vision and I never once had to worry that anything would go wrong because I trusted you completely. We honestly had the most perfect day.
  The whole team were outstanding and couldn't do enough for us! I have to give a special mention to Matt, who from the moment we arrived the night before was friendly, helpful and so good at his job! All of our guests commented on the venue but most of all, the staff. They are a credit to the Glen Yr Afon.... I just wanted to know how much we appreciated everything that you did to ensure we had the day of our dreams!

  Perfect

  Well what can I say? We couldn't have wished for a more prefect day. From the moment we arrived everything was amazing. The room looked beautiful and the food was outstanding. All of guests had a amazing time as did myself and Rob.
  
  All of the staff were so attentive, but I have to give a special mention to Matthew who looked after myself and Rob and made sure we had everything we needed. When the room was transformed for the evening all of our guests couldn't believe how different and stunning the room looked, Darren and his team did an amazing job with the disco, dance floor and ceiling lights. It truly was breath-taking. We want to do it all again as the day went by in a flash!

  Outstanding food, beautiful wedding reception

  On behalf of my wife Sharon and myself we cannot thank you enough for organising such a beautiful wedding reception at the hotel. Every element of the day was excellent and we had nothing but praise from family and friends in respect of the venue. The Chef who produced outstanding courses of food (the beef was to die for!!). Please again accept our personal thanks and the sincere best wishes. Parents of the bride.
