  We had the best time

  From start to finish Abbie, James and the team where amazing. They were so helpful and made us feel that everything was under control throughout the entire time. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was amazing, the DJ did a great job with people dancing until the very end of the evening... We couldn't have asked for more. We and all our guests had a wonderful time and we will be forever thankful.

  Amazing. Perfect

  The service we got from thus venue was amazing. Everything went well, nothing was too much and it all went so smoothly. The staff were so professional and helpful when we had to move our wedding twice. Abbie was our go to through the whole planning and was perfect. Everything was explained and she was so quick to respond to any questions we had. On the day, James ensured it all went well and to plan, kept us up to date with everything before it happened ie the first dance, toast, cake cutting etc. He ensured both me and my husband were okay and happy throughout the day, that the day ran as we wanted and that everything was kept to time. He made us feel at ease and was brilliant all day. All our guests said how the day was perfect and the venue was amazing and a couple of the guests picked up a brochure for their own weddings. It was fantastic value for money and so well organised and I can't thank all the staff, but especially Abbie and James, enough for their professionalism and patience with us through the whole process.

  Perfect day under the covid restrictions

  We had a lovely day for our wedding 10/10/2020.
  Very accommodating to all our needs and wants and was very helpful right up until last minute with restrictions constantly changing. The food was outstanding and plenty of it too.
  We have some beautiful pictures on the golf course, would definitely recommend this venue.
  We also had an amazing photographer; InstinctWedding

  Excellent friendly venue

  We were so pleased we choose Dale Hill as our wedding venue. We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID. This was no problem and the venue kept the rates the same. It was a pleasure to deal with Abbie who looked after our booking, nothing was too much trouble and she put us at ease. Everything we asked was done by the venue, from putting stuff on tables to baskets of flip flops in the ladies. We even allowed them to put items where they thought would work in the room, such as our giant light up letters. Everyone commented on our friendly the staff were throughout our day. The food was amazing again everyone commented on how tasty the food was. Thankyou Dale Hill for making our wedding day so special. Our photographer last also said they were really looked after by the venue too, they really do look after everyone.

  Wedding at dale hill, ticehurst

  My wife and I had our Wedding at Dale Hill and we could not recommend the venue enough, The venue and grounds are absolutely stunning (and make for some amazing photos), All the staff were very accommodating and a special shout out to James the wedding event Manager who was incredible throughout the whole process and again very accommodating on the day, We want to do it all again.... 5* isn't enough, for our review we'd like to rate Dale Hill as a 10* on behalf on my wife and I, I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Dale Hill that made our Wedding exceptional, Many Thanks

  Everything worked so well and the day could not have gone any better. This is in great part due to the excellent staff you have. Nothing was too much trouble, and they help they gave to all of us was just brilliant. James did a wonderful job in organising the event for us and making sure everything ticked over and ran to plan. I can’t speak highly enough of what he did for us and the way he organised things. The actual venue is just perfect for weddings
  
  I don’t have any more daughters that are unmarried, but will ensure I recommend the venue to anyone who asks.
  
  Please pass on my sincere gratitude to all your staff. My wife and I did try to personally thank as many people as we could on the day, but no doubt missed many people who were behind the scenes

  Following our wedding last Friday, 28th August, I am compelled to write and congratulate your colleagues on a wonderful job, excellently executed.
  From our first meeting with Karl, through to several appointments with James; your management worked seamlessly to ensure our wedding was a success. On the day itself James and his team were discreet but efficient, a fact many of our guests commented to me afterwards. As with an event of this nature there are last minutes changes and panics, however nothing seemed to cause James a problem, he took everything in his long stride. Everyone was delighted with the food and all your staff were an splendid addition to our reception.
  It is important for you to know that your entire team are proficient and professional and without question added greatly to our enjoyment at Dale Hill, and I would be most grateful if you would convey these sentiments to all involved.

On the run up to our wedding they were a fantastic support and nothing was ever too much trouble for them, no matter how big or small! On the day of our wedding they were efficient and organised, and we had so many comments from our guests about how amazing the food was! We really could not recommend them highly enough, they really are absolutely brilliant!!
