  Amazing from beginning to end

  We got married here Saturday and it was amazing from beginning to end nothing was ever too much trouble Kelly and Gary really went above and beyond and made our day truly special we can't recommend the venue and its wonderful staff enough

  Everything was just magical

  Thank you for making my son Sam Ford and his new wife Kimberly Ford's wedding so fantastic. A very big thank you to Gary who helped on the day, he was fabulous. The food was delicious and everything was just magical. Thank you all for everything xx

  Just wanted to say a massive thanks to you and all the staff at the Crowne Plaza for making our wedding experience absolutely magical. We had the best day ever. Please thank Kirsty, Gary and Melissa; Rachel, Sarah and the fab Sally-Anne on Reception (please thank her for the lovely card she sent up to the room for us). Please, please thank Ian and all the kitchen staff - the food was sensational and everybody (and I mean everybody) raved about everything from the canapés to the creme brûlée to the bbq food in the evening; we cannot thank him enough. The vegan food was also bloody amazing! Take very good care of yourself my lovely; you have been a wonderful individual to deal with; and have since become a great friend. We are delighted to have met and worked with you. AMAZING!!

  5 star venue

  Kelly went over and above for us with everything from the initial meeting to have look round the hotel when we were looking at wedding venues right up until our wedding day, nothing was too much trouble for Kelly she gave our day a personal touch and wasn’t just another member of staff to us but also a massive part of our day, we will really miss dealing with Kelly she is an absolute credit to the company and anyone who gets to plan their wedding with Kelly can definately do so with the knowledge that she will make their day the most magical one of their lives

  Thank you so much for holding our wedding it was absolutely perfect, the whole team was fantastic and we have been inundated with comments of how superb the staff were especially Beth who was absolute nonstop from start to finish and is an absolute credit to the Crowne plaza team
