  A great wedding venue with superb staff

  Nicole and the team at The Brooklands Hotel were amazing. We had a fabulous day and lots of our guests are still messaging us saying how great the whole day was. The food, the service, the rooms - actually everything - was spot on and nothing was too much trouble for anyone. The attention to detail was very reassuring and questions were answered within hours. The food & wine tasting was exceptional and this was replicated on the day with 1st class food and service. The inclusion of the signature suite within the package was a nice touch too. Look out for some special offers on rooms during the Christmas / New Year & Easter sales as you can save a lot of money booking overnight rooms this way. Overall a great venue with quality rooms, excellent food & service and a first class team of staff.

  We hit the jackpot!

  We needed a venue that had easy access from various places over the country, that could cope with disabled and wheelchair access and above all listened to our needs and helped make our day special. We hit the jackpot!
  
  Right from the start of planning, we knew we had chosen the right venue. They were efficient and listened to our needs. The groom is in a wheelchair, as was our granddaughter. On the day, the staff were amazing and dealt with lots of extra requests they hadn't known about. Everyone was charming, polite, happy & smiling which made our day special too. Nothing faxed the staff and we were made to feel very special. I couldn't recommend this company more as so kind, caring and thoughtful

  Wow factor for quality & service

  The Brooklands Hotel met every expectation. The hotel has a quality feel in a contemporary and elegant style. Our wedding day was faultless; the staff were professional, the food was exemplary and the service was wonderful. I felt completely confident in the team and their ability. I would have no hesitation is recommending Brooklands Hotel and cannot praise them enough for making our day so perfect.

  This hotel is incredible!

  When my fiance proposed, I wanted to thank him with a spa weekend as a Christmas present. I found Brooklands Hotel and the rest is history! This is where we started to plan our wedding and it speaks volumes that we ended up booking the hotel for our pre-wedding celebrations, our ceremony, reception and overnight accommodation. We did look at other venues to keep options open but absolutely everywhere paled in comparison. We never wanted a hotel wedding but this hotel completely changed our minds. We would recommend it without a moments notice.
  
  They have a very strong team of passionate and driven staff, who worked all hours of our wedding weekend to make sure the service didn't drop at any point and to be on hand for any problems. Nothing is too much for this team; they have created amazing memories for our families which we will cherish forever. They take real pride in what they do and that really shines through when you visit them.

I could spends hours reviewing our wonderful experience and praising the management for overseeing the arrangements, the staff for provided an exceptional service and the chef for preparing food of the highest quality, cooked to perfection, but in short whole day was just perfect. I would add that the honeymoon suite was simply amazing and worth considering for the ultimate experience in luxury. Style and class the hotel has it all.

  Simply the best day of our lives!

  We simply had the best day of our lives! Special mention to Nick and his brigade, your food was simply outstanding! Everyone raved about the wedding breakfast you served, just delicious! That starter tartlet was perfect, I think you should add it to your menu as everyone wanted seconds! Thank you so much for making it a day to remember and cherish!
  We were extremely impressed with all staff who worked on and during our reception, however, Lois and Amanda stood out to us! They are a major assets to your hotel and our wedding certainly wouldn't have been our perfect day without their professionalism, attention to detail and plain old quality of service! They should both be highly commended for these traits as they are what will make us return over and over !

  What a fab place!

  My husband and I had our marriage blessing reception at this hotel. From the beginning to the very end the experience dealing with the staff was delightful. Organising our special day turned to be quite a memorable and fantastic experience because there was no stress involved since we both felt that we are in good and capable hands. Everything that was promised and agreed on was delivered in the highest standard possible and much, much more than what we expected. Our guests were very impressed with the venue itself, the service and the food. Our party was flowing beautifully and all our guest had a great time and went home with wonderful memories of the day. Special thanks to Victoria Knight, the Meeting and Event Sales Executive, the Chef Grzegorz, the General Manager Mr Gervasoni and the staff who were attending us throughout the whole event. We would like to warmly recommend this hotel to anyone who has a special occasion to celebrate – you would have nothing but a fabulous day!
