  Nothing is too big or small for The Highcliff.

  I would appreciate it if this could be forwarded onto your manager. Since our first visit to The Highcliff Marriott at an open day after seeing the Marriott stand at the BIC Wedding Show (I believe) we have received nothing but excellent service from your team. When we first met Nichola we knew we could trust her. She is very friendly, trustworthy and approachable. For her, this is just her job and another wedding but she really made us feel like she understood our individual requirements and wishes and she followed this through from March 2012 right to the end of the big day itself! Nothing was too much of a hassle and she managed to answer all our questions and meet all our queries. Nichola clearly listened to what we wanted as everything was set out perfectly on the day, just as we had been dreaming it in our heads for almost 2 years! Other staff we would like to personally thank are Steve the Head Concierge and Rony the Banqueting Manager (and his helpful team on the day). There are many other staff to thank also who have served us from March 2012 to September 2013 during the many times we just 'popped' in to show our family the function rooms. Each time we turned up, staff were more than happy to take us to the desired rooms and run through any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend The Highcliff Marriott to friends and family to have their event at or stay the night.

  We would not have changed anything for the world

  A huge thanks to the Marriott team for all their hard work that they put in to our wedding day. They were brilliant from start to finish and could not fault anything in any way. We really did have a fantastic day and wouldn't have changed anything for the world.

  We chose a wonderful venue!

  We were absolutely delighted with the attention and service we experienced from the day we began our wedding planning through until we left. Everyone we came into contact with was helpful and the food and service on the wedding day was perfect. We chose a wonderful venue but it was the care and thoughtfulness of the people that made it run smoothly and the day extra special.
