  Most Magical day!

  Wow where do I start!
  We loved the size of the room from the moment we saw the Pinewood, and wanted the flexibility of having several hotel rooms with family coming from all over. The hotel were always flexible with us and allocated us more rooms when we sold the first lot.
  Our bridal suite was massive, fantastic for getting ready. So spacious and clean!
  From arriving the night before the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Craig was on hand for everything and was a lifesaver in critical moments like losing a button off my wedding dress moments before!! With the hotel even providing a sewing kit to fix it.
  They brought breakfast to our room the morning of, and throughout the whole day had us as priority making sure we were ok.
  The room for the wedding breakfast was beautifully set up, with my full vision coming to life with a massive help to all the staff listening and taking so much care and time to put everything exactly how we wanted it.
  Same again with the evening turn around. It felt so effortless and seamless and all the staff were truly amazing.
  The food was incredible and even weeks after people are still saying how good the food was! They even accompanied for our fussy teenagers!
  We had a slight hiccup with something supplied from an external company which had the wrong wedding date on it… Lily stepped in and changed this for us as I was clearly upset. For that I couldn’t thank her enough.
  Honestly all I can say is thank you, everything was perfect and we wouldn’t have changed a thing.
  If you’re thinking of booking the Pinewood, believe me when I say you won’t regret it.

  Excellent wedding venue

  Fabulous wedding venue, grounds are gorgeous for photos, bedroom was spacious for me and my bridesmaids to get ready. The hotel went above and beyond.

  Wedding 24/09/22

  Myself and my new wife used this venue to be married. Kathryn and Monica (the planning team) were both brilliant and they made our big day really special from start to finish. We strongly recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a good venue.
  It's 5 stars from me and they deserve it too.

  we asked for a wedding they helped us create the weddding of our dreams

  We have just had the most amazing wedding day and evening at the pinewood . The whole team worked so hard to make everything perfect , but especially Kathryn and Monica they have listened to us from the day we first met months ago and got everything completley how we wanted and much more nothing was too much trouble their attention to detail was brilliant .
  we picked this venue initally for their quality and affordable.accomodation (we looked at few ) as we wanted a weekend stay for immediate family in the end nearly all our day guests booked rooms .
  the hotel was also very accomodatiing and helpfil with all our other service providers and our own finishing touches
  we would 100% reccommend this hotel.for your wedding .

  With so many date changes they couldn't do enough. Food was amazing, they easily catered for everyone including dietary and children's requirements. Staff are brilliant, all our guests commented how attentive they were and nothing was too much trouble. The room looked amazing and the atmosphere of the whole hotel is brilliant! There are lovely gardens for pictures. Our guests who stayed all said their rooms were great and the breakfast was highly talked about. I'd highly recommend anyone to look here when looking at venues.

  Fantastic wedding feedback

  I can’t tell you how perfect it was, it was like a dream I loved every single second of it, the venue all the staff were fantastic, wish I could do it all again, we are in Barcelona now, thankyou again for everything, Keelie & Mark xx

  We had the best day we could ever have asked for! Everything was beautiful from start to finish and everyone commented on all aspects of the venue! Can't thank you all enough for how successful the day and evening were! Appreciate everything you have done for us and we will come to the hotel to express our gratitude as soon as we are home.

  Just wanted to say thank you to you for all your help since we booked our wedding 9 months ago, and all the staff for making our wedding day go smoothly! The food was excellent, all our guests commented on how lovely it was.
  Vicky was so reassuring & helpful through out the whole night from start to finish.

  Amazing Wedding

  We had an absolutely amazing wedding, and we would like to send our most sincere thank you to yourself and all of the staff at the Pinewood, who made it all possible.
  
  Firstly, big thank you to yourself for organising everything and making us feel at ease, right from the word go. As you know, it can get very stressful in the run up to a wedding, and even with all of my emails, you still made sure everything was sorted for our big day! You are a credit to the hotel and I know many other couples who you have helped, would agree with us.
  
  Also, we want to say a special thank you to Karen and Vicky for running our day with impeccable efficiency and organisation. Nothing was too much trouble and anything we asked for was sorted without a problem. A lot of our guests commented on how chilled and relaxed our day was, and that was definitely down to the team effort of everyone involved in organising our big day.
  
  Even down to the staff in reception checking our guests in, and the staff running the bar throughout the day - everyone was so friendly, approachable and made ourselves and our guests feel so special.
  
  We literally cannot say it enough times, how thankful we are for everything that was done for us. I would definitely recommend the Pinewood hotel to anyone - the staff, the grounds, the rooms and the food are among the highlights of such a lovely place.
