  Best venue ever!

  We were fortunate enough to get married at All Saints in December 2022, and what a day it was!
  From the moment we viewed All Saints, we fell in love. Hannah showed us around, and totally sold it to us. It was clear that All Saints was the venue for us.
  We quickly booked our date (approx. 18 months ahead), and throughout the planning Melissa and Rosie were so helpful.
  Melissa was our assigned coordinator, which we were thrilled about. Melissa was great for helping us come up with ideas and guiding us on what works, her support leading up to the wedding and the day before/day of/day after was just excellent. We felt like we could ask Melissa anything, and she'd do what she could to help us.
  If Melissa was on a day off, Rosie was always such a good support. Rosie would be able to step in and help in Melissa's absence, so it was so smooth and we felt in safe hands at all times.
  
  On the day, nothing was too much trouble. We had all 40 rooms booked out for our guests, and the hotel staff were brilliant! From reception, to housekeeping, to the kitchen staff... our guests couldn't stop talking about how amazing and how polite the hotel staff were.
  Our guests found their rooms really comfortable, the food was incredible (our guests didn't go hungry!), and the bar staff were so friendly.
  I also want to give a big thanks to Charlee for her support in managing the room bookings and being on hand for our guests at check in/check out. And even responding to an email on Christmas Day!
  So overall, a huge thank you to everyone at All Saints for ensuring our day ran perfectly.

  The perfect day!

  We had our perfect day at All Saints. The food was excellent and all I’d our guests commented on how lovely all of the staff were. From the early planning meetings through to the actual day the events team were super organised and helped us put everything in place for the most amazing day.

  Wedding Day

  We had our wedding day at All Saints Hotel in October 2022. The events team were excellent, especially Rosie (and Melissa) who ensured our day went really smoothly. They helped us to organise everything which took a lot of the stress away from us. We had a perfect day and everyone commented on how wonderful the venue was with great service provided by all the staff. The reception staff were particularly helpful too and really friendly when greeting our guests. The food was delicious and plentiful, nothing was too much trouble and all our guests had a fabulous day. We would thoroughly recommend anyone to celebrate their wedding day at All Saints Hotel.

  Absolutely amazing!

  Well what can I say Melissa and the Events Team went above and beyond to make the day run smoothly and exactly how i had planned in my head. The wedding breakfast food was amazing, we got so many compliments, as was the hog roast in the evening. The staff during the reception were fantastic. The venue itself is beautiful with lovely grounds for some amazing photos. Overall i would highly recommend All Saints Hotel as a wedding venue. We had the best day but that was all thanks to the hotel, Melissa and there amazing events team.

  The Best day of our lives

  Me and My wife got married in August 2022, There are no words we can write that could even begin to describe just how perfect our day was. This was all down to the help, planning and organisation of all our wedding suppliers and everyone at the All saints Hotel in Bury St Edmunds. Rosie and Mel and their team were just flawless in everything they did. They were so professional and this made the biggest day of our lives the day we will never forget. We would highly recommend this venue and its team to anyone thinking of getting married.

  Wedding - September 2022

  We held our wedding at All Saints Hotel in September 2022. We decided to do our wedding slightly different with an intimate wedding day with a big party at a different venue a few days later. From the minute we discussed this with Rosie, she was completely understanding of what we wanted to achieve and helped us organise the perfect day. Everything ran like clockwork, the food was amazing, as were the staff. All of our guests commented on how lovely everything was, we honestly could not fault anything. Rosie was extremely patient throughout the whole planning process and on the day, and Melissa was great too. It really is a lovely venue and they are very good at what they do - we would highly recommend them to anyone.

  Happiest newlyweds

  If you are looking for an incredible venue for your big day, look no further, you’ve found it. The team at All Saints are just top class. Firstly we met with Hannah, who helped make up our mind that this was the venue for us. She sat and created a package that was specific to our likes and needs and we were over the moon. All communication from then on was through Ashley who was always quick and thorough on getting back to me with answers to any of my queries. Then we met Faye, our co-ordinator who ran our day. I just have to say that she is an absolute credit to the team and the hotel. Every meeting beforehand we came away feeling so confident and happy, and on the day she was there first thing in the morning making sure I was happy and had everything I needed and that did not stop until she went home (later than she should of done I’ll add in) we laughed and cried together regularly throughout the day and we feel like we left with a friend. Hayden was also incredible making sure everything ran smoothly in the background and sat us down at the end of our night to ensure we were happy with everything. The food was spectacular, positives from our guests all round and the team of staff that day were great. The bridal suite is stunning with views to die for which we really took advantage of for pictures and enough space for 6 bridal party members, 2 photographers, a hairdresser and make up artist, with room! I could talk about this venue till I turn blue but to sum up we couldn’t be happier after our perfect day.

  Fabulous

  My husband and I had our wedding at All Saints Hotel at the end of August. We had been planning the wedding since meeting with Rebecca and Ashley at the start of last year. From the beginning we knew that we would be well taken care of - both ladies were incredibly professional and friendly and on hand to answer any questions we had. The planning of our day was then taken on by Faye who handled everything with just as much helpfulness and professionalism.
  We spent most of the wedding weekend at the hotel as we had many family members and friends travelling in from various countries who were also staying there (the hotel rooms are very comfortable and luxurious!), so we had planned a dinner the night before the wedding as well at the hotel's View Bar & Restaurant. Dinner was lovely and everyone enjoyed the meal - the service was fab! Faye and the staff had everything sorted out right down to the smallest details which made it easy for us to relax and enjoy the weekend to the full and spend as much time with our loved ones and guests as we could.
  The food we had organised for the day was perfect - the chefs did a wonderful job and everyone was catered for, including our guests with special dietary requirements. Everything was very well executed - the staff was virtually invisible in their tasks but were available to help out with anything when asked.We couldn't have chosen a more perfect place for our special day and the events prior and after our wedding! Thank you so much to all of the staff involved in the preparation and execution of the day,you're all fabulous!

  Highly recommended!

  Myself and my now husband had our wedding on 24th August! And it was the best day ever. All saints have been fantastic from the start. They answered all emails promptly by Ashley, even when i was being a pain! The day couldn't have gone any better, Faye was amazing, nothing was too much! The food was absolutely fantastic, not one complaint! The waiting staff, were on top form, polite, handled stress well, and always had a smile on their faces! The bridal suite was incredible with an incredible view from the balcony. Honestly can not thank All Saints enough for our faultless day! Highly recommended!

  Perfect Day!

  Thank you so much for the most perfect day on Saturday! From the moment we booked up until the last minute of the day you have been amazing! A special mention must go to Faye and Hayden! You two are fabulous!!!! You were so attentive and nothing was too much trouble.
