The Crown Hotel is luxury four star hotel and wedding venue loacted in the beautiful market town of Bawtry, on the borders of Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire.

We only do one wedding a day at the Crown, so its all about you!

Our Hogarth Wedding Suite and private lounge area was fully refurbished in 2020 with a modern grey and white colours, stripped oak flooring, giant cluster chandeliers and ornate mirrors suiting each and every wedding colour palette.

Our lounge area and pre drinks area has a floor to ceiling indoor blossom tree, and our twinkle lit private landscaped garden provide the perfect backdrop- for arrival drinks, live music and your photographs.

We offer a range of wedding packages which include everything you need from seasonal, intimate and late availability dates.

We have 77 bedrooms for your guests, and also our on site hair and beauty salon Hidden Hair is perfect for your wedding hair and make up.

The Crown is located in the heart of Bawtry, so the perfect location to make a weekend of it with an array of bars, restaurants and shops.

Wedding 24/11/23

We had our wedding at the crown hotel and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran perfectly. It was the little touches that counted, they made us feel special and took away every stress that normally comes with a wedding. It was a spectacular day!!

Can’t wait to get married at the Crown hotel Bawtry

The crown is the prefect venue. The wedding team are fab and made booking the venue very easy. Tell you everything you need to know at your first meeting. Highly recommended

Just perfect

From setting the date to actually getting married was six weeks. We were very lucky the Crown at Bawtry was available. We couldn’t have made a better choice. The Hogarth Suite was just perfect. All the staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The were extremely professional, thorough and thoughtful. We are not a young couple but we were made to feel very special and the day was absolutely amazing The wedding was small (30) and from start to finish everything was perfect just as we hoped it would be

Wedding 02.06.2023

I highly recommend the Crown hotel, our day was perfect. The team couldn’t do enough for us, they are so attentive and ensured our day ran smoothly. We loved having our welcome drinks reception in the garden. Our guests all commented on how amazing the venue is and how delicious the food was. Thank you for making our day so special.

Absolutely Perfect

We got married at The Crown in November 2022 and it was absolutely perfect. It is beautiful. There are stunning photo opportunities inside and out. We had a very small intimate wedding with a traditional wedding breakfast. Amazing service, amazing food. We were treated like celebrities from the moment we arrived. They were super accommodating from the very start of our conversations and met our every request, like nothing was any trouble. The whole team of staff are amazing, can’t thank them enough for everything. Looking forward to returning every year for our anniversary. Highly recommended by us.

We got married at the crown hotel in bawtry what a amazing day from start to finish nothing was to much to ask for, the whole day was just magical the staff went above and beyond , from the amazing new room decor down to the food!

Amazing amazing day

We had our wedding at Bawtry Hall and the Crown Hotel. The staff were informative and costs up front from the start. There were no hidden surprises. The venue is maintained to the highest of standards and required minimal dressing. After a quick meeting the evening before we had a free rein to enjoy our day and everything was taken care of for us. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Amazing New Years eve wedding at the Crown

Fantastic setting, nothing was too much trouble and on the day they were happy to accommodate any requests in timings/ how the day run etc. They even made all the bedrooms available to check in earlier so my guests could change in the hotel before the wedding. The people they work with as well in particular the room staging was amazing, they work together so well and brought together everything I could have wished for and more, I plan to renew my vows at 10 years and will 100% do this back at the Crown - food was also exceptional, all the guests were talking about the quality of the beef wellington

Incredible Wedding

Wow what can we say ….. from Tori and Lindsey when we booked the wedding to Tony and Ruby on the wedding day and all the staff at The Crown Hotel could not have done enough for us !!! Overall 5*

Had our wedding here and honestly, could type all night about how amazing the experience was. From initial look around, to the whole planning , to the day itself. Every staff member was polite and helpful, the room we stayed in was absolutely astonishing and the cleanliness was top notch, the food was second to none... Need I go on? 5* every time, highly recommend !

The most amazing day

Would recommend The Crown Hotel to any couples looking to get married, from start to finish the team were amazing and nothing was ever too much trouble. Massive shout out to Tony who again when above and by one on the day. I really wish we could do the whole day again!🤍

disappointing

do not get married here or you will regret it!!!! i had really high expectations but i would have been better off getting married at a hostel.
